About Cititrans
Cititrans, or Citi Transindo Executive Shuttle, is a transportation service provider company that was founded on September 11 2005 in Bandung. Initially, Cititrans only operated four Isuzu Elf 77 PS vehicles to serve the Bandung-Jakarta round-trip route with departures every two hours.
Cititrans continues to develop and expand its reach. In 2006, Cititrans head office moved to Jalan Dipati Ukur No. 53, Bandung, and opened new routes such as the Bandung-Fatmawati and Bandung-Kelapa Gading routes. The number of fleets continued to increase until it reached 80 units in 2012.
Cititrans also launched the CitiFlyer service at the end of 2012. This service is a mode integrator that connects Bandung with Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, facilitating passenger travel to and from the airport. Premium and Executive class options are available with departure schedules every hour.
In the same year, Cititrans also worked on the goods delivery and logistics business through Citi Express Delivery. Then, in early 2013, Cititrans tried to expand into the field of premium vehicle rental services by launching Citi Premium Rent to serve unreached areas such as Bali, Lombok and Sumatra.
Cititrans' biggest breakthrough occurred at the company's ninth anniversary celebration. At that special moment, Cititrans launched the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter premium unit, as well as becoming the first travel operator in Indonesia to use an MVP (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) type car.
