Fiji Airways, or formerly known as Air Pacific, is the national airline of the Republic of Fiji. The airline operates international flight services to 13 countries and 23 cities, including Australia, New Zealand, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Vanuatu, and the Solomon Islands (Oceania), United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Fiji Airways has an extensive network of 108 international destinations through its codeshare partners. The airline brings 64 percent of all visitors who fly to Fiji and employs more than 1000 employees, with revenues of more than FJD 815 million (USD 390 million).
The first commercial flight, such as Fiji Airways, took place in 1951, but the airline's origins came from Katafaga Estates Ltd., which was formed in 1947. After being acquired by Qantas in 1958, Katafaga Estates was used as a regional airline and changed its name to Air Pacific. In May 2012, MD / CEO David Pflieger announced that the airline would return to its previous name, Fiji Airways, to strengthen its role as Fiji's national airline.
At present, Fiji Airways has developed into a proud airline of the Republic of Fiji. Starting a career in transportation with the De Havilland Dragon Rapide fleet, the airline currently has several Airbus and Boeing aircraft ready to carry passengers at any time. There are some examples of items that are prohibited to be carried inside your carry-on baggage include lighter fluid, oxygen bottles, fireworks, paints, and tear gas. Personal items are allowed only in limited quantities such as hairspray, deodorant, fragrance, and medicines. Reschedule

- If the reroute ticket price is greater than the EMD / Travel Voucher value given, the price difference will be paid by the passenger. If the ticket price is lower than the EMD / Travel Voucher given, then the price difference will not be given to the passenger.
