Cabin Baggage
- All rates include 1 (one) personal item with a maximum weight of 7 (seven) kg.
- Personal belongings must fit under the seat in front of the passenger.
- Personal items can be wallets, daypacks, laptop bags, or approved pet carriers.
- Personal items must not exceed 43.2 cm x 33 cm x 20.32 cm.
Checked Baggage
- 2 (two) checked baggage with a maximum combined weight of 20 kg.

Public policy
- Every passenger must occupy the seat which is determined during check-in.

Expectant Mother Policy
- Passengers whose estimated date of birth is within 7 (seven) days are not allowed to travel on JetBlue unless they present documentation from a personal doctor.
- The documentation must be dated no later than 72 hours prior to departure, stating:
- Doctors have examined the passengers and declared that they are physically fit for air travel.
- Estimated date of birth.

Infants and Children Policy
- A child may travel as a lap baby from the age of 3 (three) days until the day before 2 (two) years.
- There is no charge for lap babies (taxes may be due outside the US), but passengers will be asked for proof of age, such as a birth certificate, passport, or immunization record.

Unaccompanied Minors
- Children aged 5-14 can travel alone as Unaccompanied Minors.
- The Unaccompanied Minor Program (UMNR) is a mandatory program for children aged five and under 14 years.
- A child who has reached the 14th birthday and is traveling alone is no longer considered Unaccompanied Minors and must be booked as an adult; however, the customer may request additional assistance in this situation.
