Can all flights be refunded at Tiket.com?

For refunds we refer to the conditions of each airline, you can also see the refund conditions on the vouchers that you receive in the email, precisely in the Terms & Conditions of the Airlines.

Please note that if you have web check-in or checked-in directly at the airport, refund cannot be made.
