How do I submit a flight ticket refund because of the Corona Virus outbreak?

If your flight is affected by the current travel ban, you can request a refund your ticket. Please see each airline’s policy to know whether full refund is permitted or only in airline's normal regulation.



To submit a refund, you can login to your tiket.com account and go to My Order menu. Choose a flight that you want to cancel. Select Refund Reason with Force Majeure or Coronavirus Outbreak.
