Your transaction have been confirmed once you received the e-ticket which contains the booking code from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia. You can find the e-ticket on email that you use during the transaction, through SMS and WhatsApp to the number that you inputted in reservation as well as My Order menu on apps or website.
