How long do I have to wait for my ticket to be issued?

If you have successfully made the payment, the e-ticket will automatically be sent via e-mail that you input at the time of booking until the payment deadline is finished, which is up to 1 (one) hour after you choose the payment method. If you have passed the deadline and you still have not gotten any e-mail in your inbox or spam folder, please contact our 24-hour Customer Care.
