the room is too small, very different from the photos in the application. At the first, they gave us an epic room. As you can see in my photo. There’s a space under the ceiling and it’s so dark. So, we ask to move another room. Wifi signal is not good in the room

This hotel is located off the international building and provides a free shuttle service to the domestic terminal. Please check the schedule with the lobby. To get the best room rate, I suggest searching through the hotel's website and being a Ridges member priorityguestreating for the lowest rate at the time you book. The hotel's amenities are of 4 starred standards, including mattresses, pillows, linens, and additional supplies. The breakfast buffet on the second floor of the Ascot restaurant is wonderful. There is a nighttime bar on the ground floor as well. It really values my money, it is perfect for early morning flights or even late-night flights.

Karena saya ingin naik pesawat di pagi hari, saya memilih hotel ini. Saya tidak kecewa. Kamarnya besar, modern, tenang dan bersih. Saya senang karena bisa berjalan kaki ke bandara internasional. Tidak perlu mencari taksi atau shuttles. Suasana lobby dan bar menyenangkan.

We stayed overnight at the Ridges Airport Hotel before my early morning overseas flight. When we entered our room, a cot was prepared just as requested. The executive family suite, which we reserved, was wonderful. On level 8, there are amazing views of the city and airport. Bubba and parents had their own rooms and sliding doors for the kids room, each with two single beds and a sofa. It was unusual for a sofa in hotel rooms, so it was a pleasant touch. Kids enjoy watching the planes and the noise since the location was absolutely perfect no issues at all. The breakfast buffet was lovely and was made to order eggs. There are also plenty of kid's choices. Thank you ridges for making travel with a family easy. I definitely will use this place again.

This is excellent if you must be close to an international airport. This is a great small place to stay for a morning flight. This is easy to find. Had a nice dinner the night before our flight at the boating club. Its easy to find with a very comfortable room and plenty of luggage space. We walked for both dinner and breakfast and this was a good choice for us.

Kamar dan kamar mandinya sangat luas. Interior kamar bagus. Bobby hotelnya kecil dan tidak ada lift atau eskalator jadi cukup menyulitkan bagi yang membawa koper besar dan berat. Proses cek ini dan cek out cepat dan lancar. Lokasi hotel relatif dekat dengan bandara tetapi lingkungannya lumayan sepi. Tree mini bar.

This is excellent if youre not far from the international airport. We stayed here the night before our flight to prepare our morning flight. Excellent tiny lodging. Rooms are readily accessible and well-located. At the boating club the night before our flight, we enjoyed a delicious meal. Its simple to locate, with a comfy, roomy room with enough space for luggage. All in all, it was a good decision for us.

Very comfortable bed, clean rooms close to Rockdale railway station. Grand has a great bistro downstairs, this place has the best food in Rockdale, had a few meals there, 100 fresh and delicious! The bar downstairs is very nice and the bar staff are very friendly.

I spent from 03 03 23 till 04 03 23 at the Grand Hotel Rockdale because I needed to rest in Sydney for medical reasons. The hotel allowed me to request a room away from the main entrance and stairs, which I am grateful for. The room was cleaned and had a decent room for a low-cost place. But, the sink in room 303 was coming off the wall and required repair. It was clearly a health and safety issue. Not sure why the cleaning staff has not been notified to the Housekeeping Management Department about it. I was concerned about using it or leaning on it because it could fall on my feet. It needs to be fixed. Also, the curtain had a few white patches like chalk on it, which was not very clean. Otherwise, I had a decent sleep, and the bed was cozy.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Rockdale from 010323 to 040323 because I was in Sydney for medical reasons. As I needed to rest, I asked for a room away from the main entrance and stairs, which the hotel accommodated and I am grateful for. It was a decent room for a cheap lodging, and it was cleaned. But, the sink in room 303 was falling off the wall, so it needed to be repaired. It was clearly a health and safety issue. Not sure why the cleaners hadn't reported this to the cleaning management department. I was worried that it might fall on my feet and I was uncomfortable using it or leaning on it. That sink needs to be repaired. Also, the curtain was not very clean, with white patches like chalk on it. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay, a good sleep, and a comfortable bed.

The room was very large and very near the center with huge pole in it. One pillow and one towel were provided. The room lacks many key items that I consider to be normal, and there are stars like Batman, face washer, hair dryer, sanitary bags, hand towels, and a second pillow. Water was everywhere on the floor, but I couldn't swoop the shower door closed because of the obvious mold. The shower door couldn't slide shut, this is only possible because of the noticeable mold. The water was so bad, it can only be described as warm. The bathroom's air vent does not have a cover, it just has a hole in the wall. Water stains under the vanity. The bed was simple and fine, but it lacked an inch to the side. The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbor laughing and laughing because the floors in the corridor are tiles. You can hear everyone driving their bags through at all hours and closing their doors at all night, because the floors are tiles.
