We had a pleasant time at Méramees Hostel. Given that cairo is such a large and crowded city, I visited Cairo with my parents, so we wanted to feel secure and taken care of. The staff made sure we had everything we required, provided guidance, provided transportation to the airport, and organized some excursions outside of Cairo. 1010 for the staff! We didn't feel pressured to book excursions with them, and we even had a couple of days when we made our own schedule. The trips planned by them were excellent, informative, and pleasant. We thank discussion, the tour guide we had in Alexandria, and, of course, many thanks to talent, the driver who took us on all our trips and to and from the airport. Concerning lodging, the rooms were excellent, clean, and have decent air conditioning and wifi, given that we were here in July and would not have made it without air conditioning. Even the sheets, towels, and other items were cleaned in our rooms, but you just have to inquire at the front desk for this. Breakfast was excellent and big! I personally don't mind the structure because there is someone downstairs near the elevator who keeps an eye on the building, so I didn't feel unsafe or anything like that. Yes, it is an ancient building, but all downtown buildings are the same, so expect a new

The staff is very friendly and let us stay in the lounge after checkout until 11 p.m. when we leave for our overnight bus. Great location 10 minutes on foot from the Egyptian museum. Large and quiet room with comfortable bed but blankets without covers. Shared bathrooms are a combination of washbasin, shower, no curtain, whence there is a certain amount of flooding and toilet.

I really liked this place, especially because the manager named Diego was so helpful and friendly. It's good for him to have a very nice clean room and a charming bathroom. The shower wasn't working at all when I was in a private room with a private bathroom. The shower was okay, however I was not comfortable with the public shower. They were kind enough to offer me a good service in that area. The temperature in the bathroom is 109 f 42 c, so it makes me have to shower twice a day.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is very strategic. They serve a good breakfast, clean rooms. They also serve an amazing breakfast. The staff here are very helpful.

The good thing about this place is that they help us negotiate reasonable prices on activities and souvenirs. The employees were very helpful in arranging tours for a better price than online tours. When we arrived, we spoke with the staff about an itinerary and were given very good information about what we could do. When we arrived, we were able to organize a wonderful trip for the same day, including the great pyramids, Egyptian museum, and nile river cruise. I also want to thank Nasa for the fantastic job she did on that day as tour guide. Fun, informative, and customer-focused. He was able to provide us with much-needed information on the museum and pyramids that we wouldn't have gotten if only a driver. He was also able to help us negotiate excellent prices for activities and presents. It was sometimes better than on the internet forums had led me to believe.

The hotel has an excellent position ten minutes on foot from the Egyptian museum. Large and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, but blankets without covers. The shared bathrooms are a combination of washbasin, shower, no curtain, there is some flooding and toilet. We had scheduled an airport transfer at 1 am for 15 USD which seems a good value compared to other offers. Good Egyptian breakfast. The staff is very friendly and they let us stay in the lounge after check out until 11 pm when we left for our overnight bus.

The experience of being hired as a tour guide was awesome. A lot of the information provided was useful, especially for the tourist, such as the great pyramids, Egyptian museum, and nile river cruise. Also, to Nasa for doing such a fantastic job on the day. It's nice to meet you at the hotel, especially to the staff who assist us in setting up the tours for a greater price and flexibility than on-line tours. Also, thank you for the customer service. He was able to give us a lot of information regarding museum artifacts and pyramids, which we would not have appreciated if we had just hired a driver. We appreciated him coming in to assist us in arranging great prices for activities and gifts. Sometimes better than online forums would have led me to believe possible.

Beautiful hostel with a stunning view of the street! The staff was incredibly helpful and helped. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and good location. At one point, it felt a bit strange because the hostel was on the ground floor of a decaying, abandoned building, but the hostel itself is good, so I recommend visiting during the day.

The best part of the entire experience at this hotel was Diego, the person in charge. The room was clean and lovely. I was in a private room with a private bathroom, but the shower never worked. My room happened to be next to the public showers and those showers were great, so I just used them with no problem. They did a very good job of accommodating me with said bathroom, but slightly inconvenient since I had to shower twice a day due to the temperature 109f 42c.

Our experience at Meramees hostel was pleasant. As cairo is such a big and busy city, I visited cairo with my parents, so we wanted to feel secure and taken care of. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, provided information, provided airport transportation, and made some excursions outside of cairo. 1010 for the staff! We didn't feel pressured to book trips with them, we even had a few days when we made our own schedule. Their organized trips were excellent, informative, and friendly. We appreciate talking, our tour guide in Alexandria, and of course, we appreciate talent, the driver who took us on all our trips and from the airport. Regarding the lodging, the rooms were great, clean, with decent air conditioning and wifi considering that we were here in July, we would not have made it without air conditioning. We even cleaned our rooms, sheets, towels, and everything, but you can ask at the front desk for this. Breakfast was excellent and huge! I personally don't mind the building, there is someone downstairs near the elevator who always looks out for the building, so I didn't feel unsafe or anything like that. Yes, it's an old structure, but all downtown buildings are the same, so don't expect a new block of flats. The most amazing part is that you only have to walk

My first time in Cairo, it wasn't until this point. This hotel has a cozy atmosphere. The employees here were really kind. The location of this hotel was nice, close to the Cairo Museum, the Haelhalili bazaar, the Citadel and the Mohammed Ali Mosque. The balcony offers a breathtaking panorama.

I had a good time in Cairo. And the manager Muhammed went out of his way to make me comfortable. He even helped me with transportation from Cairo to Asian luxury and luxury! I'm very happy I made a reservation at this hotel. I appreciate all the employees at velvet.

We booked a room for two people from Moscow. To airport administrator get a taxi to the hotel and back. Breakfast is served at 11 a.m. There is also amazing coffee available for delivery from Costa coffee. Have a wonderful vacation for 3 days here.

Excellent genuine hotel in the city center. Spacious and spotlessly clean. The proprietor himself is a very experienced tour guide and he is a great help in arranging tours. The staff is very nice and welcomes you every moment of your visit.

The hotel staff is very friendly, they arranged the airport pickup, and I also requested the morning breakfast before. And in the morning, the afa had their breakfast on time. In general, it's not a bad hotel, and the staff's kindness will be a significant factor in getting around the numerous flaws identified above. The hotel is conveniently close to their square, the Egyptian museum, and a few other oldtown highlights. Although the exterior of the building appears slightly worn out and is completely beyond the hotel's control, the hotel's entrance and interior are both charming and cozy. The personnel are really welcoming, helpful, and kind. The rooms are roomy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every day complimentary tea and water are available in the dining area. The windows in the rooms are not doublepaned, and a few drawbacks, so youll still be able to hear the street noise from inside. Expect toast, hardboiled eggs, jam, and a small cup of yoghurt, accompanied by tea or escape, for breakfast, which is rather subpar. The bedsheets need to be fixed because they are extremely rough and soiled, making sleeping difficult. The restrooms are an afterthought and only a corner in the room that was cordoned off by halffrosted glass, so you must be extremely comfortable sharing any bodily functions with whomever you share the room even though there was only one member on staff. We were given a room at the rear end of the hallway, where there are only six rooms, and

This is the place to stay if you enjoy old world charm. The bones are beautiful a cage elevator, grand front doors, worn marble steps, balconies, and floor to ceiling windows. Lively, and very nicely decorated. Beds are good, great wifi and air conditioning, and they are conveniently above shops selling snacks and cheap water. also an excellent, useful location and an easy Uber. Bathroom glass is a creative and quite nice solution. But they are really only ideal for people who are okay with seeing one another on the toilet. Maybe not for besties, work colleagues, or your dad. When we were delayed at the airport, the arranged driver was lovely and waited. And the staff wanna deserves to be rewarded for her politeness, attention to detail, and competence. The only real drawback, and the reason we only enjoyed one included breakfast, was that Mustafa grabbed us for the hardball. He wanted to change our current plans and urged us to go to another hotel so he could redesign our entire trip. he's so irritating and rude that we decided to cancel our plans to stay at this hotel once more. Just to avoid this dude. Really awful.

The location and nice staff make me feel welcome and go above and beyond to answer my questions. This was by far the friendliest hotel I stayed in Egypt. It's a little difficult to locate, but this is the only downside. I hope to go back to Cairo and book here again!
