A pre-authorization of AUD 200 via credit or debit card with a valid ID is required upon check-in. (Excludes Amex and Union Pay). The credit card used to secure your reservation must be presented at check-in, and the name on the card must match the reservation. Union Pay credit card, a pre-authorization hold is not possible. The $200 will be charged at check-in and refunded upon check-out if there are no other charges on your account.

If a guest expects to arrive outside of reception hours, please kindly notify reception by phone or message to arrange an after-hours check-in.
Parking is available for $25 per night, subject to availability. Must be prebooked.
There is a service fee of 3% for payments using American Express credit card, service fee of 1.7% for payments using a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
