We booked this so-called beautiful apartment via airing, but even though the location was good, this was a complete misrepresentation! We simply couldn't believe the location and management's filth. The pictures tell the story, from dust and dirt everywhere to fat spilling from the top of the microwave and used tissues and dirt behind the bedroom door. We honestly wish we could have walked out. We asked management if a cleaner could come and clean the floors at least, but they replied the nearest time was at 10 pm. They did, however, drop off two wine glasses because there were only two for a group of four of us staying. We paid 180$ for one night and would recommend you spend your money on accommodation elsewhere.

The worst thing that I ever do is I can't clean my apartment twice. The service from the reception staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large but the furniture is tired and dirty. My company put me up for over a month but the room is not cleaned once in a month. I need to change the linen once a week. I found that the room is spacious but the furniture is tired and dirty.

Housekeeping is done every 7 days.
Mid November - Mid December Conditions:
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all guests are under 18 years of age.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on check-in.
- Photo identification will be required on check-in. Should this not be corresponding to the reservation names, clients will be refused accommodation.
Please note that baby cots are available for children under 3 at an additional charges.
Please note that complimentary WiFi internet access is available in all rooms (download limit apply).
Please note that Spring Hill Gardens is a three story walk-up. Stairs are involved in accessing each level. As there are no elevators this accommodation may not suit families with young children, or some adults.
Reception hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Saturday 8.30 am - 12.00 pm and closed on Sunday. Guests must contact the office directly to arrange check-in if you are arriving outside office hours.
