Online checking was available that was sent directly to my mobile phone with code access etc. Making it easier to check in at any time. Only odd thing was we had a private bathroom but it was separate to the actual sleeping room so you had two separate codes, but it wasn't an issue

We booked ‘Marks’ apartments which look lovely but were called and said we were being ‘upgraded’ to a 2 bedroom apartment at no extra charge. We were not told it was a different location. We didn’t need a 2 bedroom, it was in another suburb further than where we wanted to be. It was the most stark apartment I have ever stayed in. All new but absolutely no care in decorating, no warm or welcoming furnishings, very strange.

It was clean , easy access staff I seen were friendly and offered assistance. Affordable The only issue is no lift as it was a bit of a struggle lifting our bags up so many stairs.

Love the easy access into the building, couldn’t find a dryer in the building as it was raining when we turned up In saying that it did have everything else u needed in the room including a pot scrubber n gloves lol Staff n restaurant in the pub downstairs was nice as well

The tv show wasn’t working and the bathroom door didn’t have a handle. Other than that it was fine for a night.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, and the area was safe. My bed had two single mattresses pushed together on a queen bed frame. One mattress was thicker than the other, making for a rather odd and uneven sleep.
