nyampe jam sekitar jam 10 malem ternyata reservasinya belom siap.. jd nunggu konfirmasi dlu dr atasannya.. setelah check in, flush toilet tdk berfungsi, air panas gk berfungsi, air washtafel warnanya coklat waktu pertama x keluar kaya kamar yg udh lama ga ditempatin.. akhirnya nunggu dibenerin dlu ampe 1,5 jam (saran saya harusnya klo lama gini dipindahin kamarnya).. baru beres sekitar 12.15 malem, akhirnya kita semua ga mandi (krn water heaternya type listrik yg harus nunggu airnya panas dlu) dan kita posisinya bawa anak2 baru tidur sekitar stgh 1 maleman.. secara lokasi hotelnya ckup strategis dan kayanya hotel paling bagus di rancabuaya.. saranku klo kesini pilih type kamar standard atau deluxe.. krna lebih modern.. yg bungalow2 itu kamar lama dan kurang maintenance.. oiya bawa handuk sendiri juga, krna handuk yg disediakan bau apek.. breakfast nasi goreng + telor, buah, teh tawar & juice jeruk (konsentrat)..

Deskripsi hotel tidak sesuai dengan kamarnya. Di deskripsi tertulis kamar dengan view pantai, tapi ternyata untuk tipe kamar dengan view pantai harus membayar uang tambahan dan tipe kamar yang berbeda.
