Baru ingat mau feedback. Maaf, ga sesuai sama harganya. Aku tertarik banget sama interiornya, harganya juga ga tergolong yang murah murah banget ya, kupikir untuk istirahat semalam sendirian aja akan sangat oke, tapi malah banyak hal yang bikin aku jengkel. 😭 Pertama, udah nyampe kamar, lantai 2, masih aman, sampai aku ke bawah ambil makanan grab, pas naik mau kembali ke kamar, lah pintu kamarnya ga bisa kebuka, staf naik dan coba fix tapi ga bisa juga, aku turun ke bawah, tungguin lumayan lama, nanya lagi, staf satunya baru naik lagi nyusulin, lalu turun dan info kalau uda bisa, aku naik, tapi ternyata lom bisa juga, aku turun lagi, diinfo ganti kamar aja, tapi mesti nunggu, ya uda aku naik ke atas untuk makan dulu di kamar yang kunci pintunya rusak, terus sambil follow up, krna stafnya masi di depan pintu berusaha fix, eh stafnya malah nanya, jadi mau ganti kamar atau gimana? Lah menurut lo? Kok malah nanya ke aku sih solusinya apa, astaga, speechless. Di sini ga ada kata maaf dari kedua stafnya. Kedua, udah tuh ya, akhirnya ganti kamar ke lantai atas, tadinya di bawah agak berisik, karena lokasinya di pinggir jalan dan banyak bar, sekarang ke lantai 4 agak mendingan jadi bersyukur juga, uda siap2 nih mau baring, kutarik selimutnya kaget liat kok ada bercak, pas banget di tengah tengah loh, bukan di pinggiran bednya ya, maaf ya aku ga tau aku yang lebay atau ga, tapi itu kan seprei warna putih dan buat tidur, kalo kotor kaya gitu siapa yang ga jijik. Aku komplen di chat, staf yg fix kunci pintu naik lagi, tapi malah bilang ke aku ga bisa ganti sepreinya krna bukan dia yg pasang itu seprei, staf yg pasang itu shiftnya pagi, jadi kalo mau ganti harus besok pagi, wtf? Aku chat lagi bilang ga bisa, harus ganti, terus staf yang sama naik lagi dan gantiin, habis ganti, aku liat seprei yang baru juga sama, masi ada bercak, haha, entahlah ya uda capekk, mau me time cepet istirahat karena abis diving malah dibikin jengkel begini. Ketiga, ga cuma itu aja, sabun cuci tangan di toilet juga tau ga isinya apa, isinya air doang yang baunya bukan maen, jadi itu botol uda abis isinya tapi ga diisi ulang dengan sabun, malah air, yang uda ga ada busanya sama sekali loh, aku komplen, staf yang sama naik lagi dan oper ke aku satu botol sabun mandi dengan maksud minta aku yang isi ulang sendiri, aku bilang itu kenapa bukan sabun cuci tangan, kan yang abis ini sabun cuci tangan, dia bilang sama aja sabunnya, yaudalah aku bilang tolong diisi ya, uda diisi kan aku coba lagi pake tetap bau yaampun, mungkin karena dia gantinya itu ga dibersihin dulu botolnya tapi malah langsung diisi ulang aja begitu, astaga banget ga sih, itu semua dia ga ada kata maaf. Aku jengkel di chat baru ada kata minta maaf seadanya, karena staf yang di chat beda orangnya. Aduh, bad mood 😭 Aku coba berdamai aja deh sama diri sendiri, tidurnya juga kaya kurang nyaman jadinya, padahal aku suka sama interiornya, tapi kok kurang bersih dan pelayanannya begini ya, masalah kunci kamar aku masi bisa toleran lah ya karena kan itu teknis yang kadang susah dikontrol, tapi kalo standar kebersihan kok bisa ga ada yang ngecek sih??
