I was able to stay in a lovely room and could not complain that it was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful during our tour. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall, we would stay at this hotel again. The staff at this hotel are amazing. Very warm, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is close to the train station and Venice's main street, making it simple to walk all the way down to San Marco Square or take a ferry. Breakfast was good, and the staff makes great hot drinks on request. We had an issue with the to not working, the staff tried to fix it but no success. Maybe more to do with the internet connection and the solid walls of an old building. The laundromat is 5 minutes walk away.

We will undoubtedly return. In terms of location, reception, comfort, and service, this hotel is top-notch firstclass. A very professional check-in with lots of useful information was given to us. There is a lift to all 4 floors, which is a great idea because my husband has mobility problems. The rooms are air-conditioned, exquisitely decorated and designed in a boutiqueelegant manner with a nicely appointed shower room narrow, but hey? We are in the heart of Venice! The shower was powerful and came with shampoo and showergel, along with soap and body lotion. For our seven-night stay, we chose a no-housekeeping setting. I must admit that I find this convenient more discreet and less expensive since we received fresh towels from the attendants and topping up coffee cups, toilet paper, bin bags, etc, as well as rubbish removal. For choosing this option, we received a bar coupon for two free drinks. The bar provides a stylish area as well as access to the garden, and breakfast is served there. There was a cafe menu should you want to dine at night and lunchtime. There was plenty to choose from, with just one exception, when there was barely anything left at 10 a. M. There are several restaurants, shops, bars, and an excellent spar supermarket within walking distance. Simply on the door, alongside the train station, is the water bus, which

I would recommend this place. This hotel is quite central, so it is also close to Venice. The room is small but has adequate size. The bed is very comfortable and nice. Despite the limited breakfast options, there's something for everyone. All the staff were very kind and accommodating.

It's a great hotel that was perfectly situated for exploring Venice. A good size room with everything you need and beautiful and comfortable bed. Breakfast is small, but has something for everyone and all staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

The situation is very strategic and close to all the bars and restaurants and very clean. The room looks modern and has a calm atmosphere. The only minor drawback is the poor bar quality.
