In general, the hotel is still quite comfortable. However, if you have elderly guests, please take note that there is no elevator at this hotel. I stayed from December 2017 until December 2017. The hotel was still being renovated.

The only thing that I can say is that the condition of this hotel is still very comfortable even though it is still being renovated and is still quite comfortable to stay at.

This is my second visit to this place. My previous stay was 3 years ago, and the hotel and room are still functional. Not much signs of wear and tear. The bed is too hard for me so it's fine for a one-night stay. But if I go to Kung I will stay here again.

It's a decent hotel with good value for money. The location is good, Kung Mall is close by. Fortunately, I was given a room with a view of Gunning Lembas. The room was big enough. The only drawback is that at night, it smells like someone smoking close to the room.

The room was old and in need of a facelift, but the location is perfect because it's close to the city center and as I expected, nothing special, just a clean room, clean bed, and safe place.

This place needs a facelift because the area is outdated and in dire need of a new facelift. However, the condition of the entire area is comparable to what I have described, a clean room, a tidy bed, and a secure place.

There is a really good restaurant right next door. This hotel was in great shape and very clean but very basic. The rooms were almost spartan in decor, no tea or coffee facilities and only one liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom for both the shower and the hand basin. No lift so pack light, but they only have two floors anyway. The reception staff struggled with guest checking and reception. Next is this stupid Malaysian law that you have to pay the tourist tax in cash in addition to the room charge.

I reserved 4 rooms through phone because application only has 2 rooms available. This hotel lacks a website and advertising, and it took me some time to search for their contact information. Outside of Malaysia, the hotel cannot pay a deposit. The malady lady who took my phone booking is kind enough to reserve the room without a deposit until the check-in date. However, I didn't feel secure so wrote an email request for confirmation of my booking. I did not receive any responses. I was able to call a friend who lives in Kuta to pay the deposit. When I inquired during check-in, the receptionist replied that they do not read emails! This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. It is far from the city center and tranquil, but there are nearby neighborhoods and numerous delicious restaurants within walking distance. There is no elevator, so it can be quite challenging for the elderly to ascend to the ground floor. The room is incredibly simple, exactly as the photos show. The bed and pillow are quite comfy. Bath towels appear dirty and yellowish. There is no mounting on the wall to hang our clothes, and we drape our faces, makeup, etc on the floor.

It is challenging for those traveling alone, particularly those with elderly relatives. It is not in the central kung region. It therefore makes sense to have vehicles to travel around. I spent two days and two nights at this motel with my elderly parents. Because I have read that centrally located hotels are close to nightclubs and can be quite loud at night, it is beneficial that the motel is not in the heart of the city. Advantages 1. A sizable local mart where you may purchase snacks or drinks is located directly in front of the motel. 7. Eleven, neon, large, and concave is also within walking distance of the motel. About a 1015-minute walk from the motel is a lovely mama. Also, a nice great london open in the morning is just a short distance from the motel. The staff is welcoming. Help me with my reservations and even assist in locating nice halal restaurants for us. The apartment is large. We reserve a room with 3 single beds. If you bring children with you to sleep, there is enough space. The bathroom's water pressure is really strong. I slept well at night and took a relaxing shower. The hotel internet connection is excellent. My mother and I can watch Korean drama online using hotel wifi at night.
