Pertama kali menginap di tagaytay, Philipina. Pemiliknya ramah, fasilitas n harga hotel, lumayan lah, sepadan. Tinggal jalan kaki sebentar, udah nyampe di jalan raya, disitu ada transportasi lokal khas Philipina, semacam tuk tuk klo di Thailand. Harganya pun, sudah tertera di tempat mangkal

The staff asked me to wait without giving a spesific time, i came at 12pm, i know for sure its not the check in time, but when i go to the reception the staff asked me to wait for the room to be cleaning but didnt told me that its not the check in time yet, so it giving me the assumption that i can enter after the cleaning, after waiting for two hours wait the reception start to explain to me that the check in time is at 3pm. I mean like WTF? Then why you asked me to wait and told me earlier its not the check in time yet, so i can do anything else, or having lunch somewhere, and then when i asked them about the wifi room is not accessible they told me just to wait for it to connect while the notification is incorrect password, and when i asked another reception they gave me the right password, WTF i forgot whats her name but that lady who asked me to wait is so stupid

The hotel isn't amazing at all. They gave us bigger room as complimentary, however the aircon isn't cool and the worst is water leaking from the aircon, room flooded. The breakfast need to order by the day menu instead of buffet. This is not common. And they also not provide any water in the room, They ask me to fill water jar on the aisle. Will not come back again and also not recommend to other people. The rate price is very expensive

I find the service to be very good. The staff was very helpful to me when I asked over the phone. The service was great in my opinion. During our star the hotel is being renovated, but the service is very nice. The view is amazing. You can buy a balcony room, it will be worth the money. The breakfast was amazing. The staff make sure that the food is fresh and replenishable, and very pleasant.

It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary with a breathtaking view of the tall lake. It was spacious, and the jacuzzi was the major plus of our stay. Despite the fact that it required additional controls. We couldn't mix the water shower with the cold because it was essentially hot. The automatic curtain controls needed to be replaced. The front desk made us feel at ease, despite the concierge's disinterest when we parked in the pod slot. The buffet breakfast was tasty with a nice waiter. We were unable to swim in the pool due to the volcanoes, but we did appreciate the view behind our glass walled room. Oh, thank you for a plate of assorted fruits as a birthday greeting. We plan to return in 2015.

My wife and I and another couple stayed the night at the lake hotel in January 2023. loved every minute! Great buffet breakfast and a fantastic dinner thanks to Monica! The piano player in the lobby was very talented, and the front desk was very friendly and informative. Highly recommended! This was the last stop on a bicycle tour that began in Pagudpud, Locos north. Our final day was straight uphill from Luna the Manila hotel, and the lake hotel was a fantastic, relaxing destination.

Our overnight stay at the Lake Hotel was wonderful. The ambiance and cleanliness of the room are excellent. The room we got has a view of the lake and mountain. Thank you so much to Nicholas Bravo, the hotel manager, for answering all our last-minute inquiries and bookings. The next morning, we also got a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended!.

My family stayed here during a storm, so listening to the wind in our room was really scary. The staff was all very helpful and very alert to what needed to be done to make the guests feel safe. The stay was very relaxing, our room had a view of the lake even though fog covered the lake view on the first day. The main problem is the thin walls of the room as you can hear people walking in the corridor and talking in the next rooms.

The staff here treats their guests correctly. They give a great service here and help us so much, besides that, the quality of drinks, and the location is good for tourists. We stay in a room that had a lake view, and we were so pleasantly surprised with the view. They also serve cocktails in the evening. The view here was so calm and relaxing. The location was so close to the Lake Hotel.

I would have paid 55 for the noiseproofing issue. Not totally a dealbreaker, but it's good to have especially given their rates. The front desk staff is, Joy, made our stay more comfortable. We arrived earlier and had to wait until check in time. We had a minor incident on the balcony door handle that was promptly attended by the maintenance staff. When it was proved that the repair might take some time, they moved us to a new room. For the inconvenience, they even gave us free snacks. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. They also have free use of the recreational areas. Overall, is their price justified? Is it a flimsy price? From my experience yes. The design of the room is definitely not what I expected, but the service throughout our stay was excellent.

We will stay at this hotel again. This place is very old. They have preserved this hotel's history. The rooms are nice. The hotel has a great view of the beautiful tall lake and tall volcano. The breakfast buffet is good. Special thanks to the waiters Leonid Pale, Clarence Ivan, and Fred Dimailig. Thank you for your hospitality.

I went there to celebrate my birthday on January 1, 2013. We dined at the buffet and can say the food is excellent and certainly worth it. We also watched a cultural dance while eating which was very entertaining. The service is also first class. We were assisted by a solo server who was very polite and friendly. He assisted everything we needed and even provided us with complimentary cakes. Our experience was great overall. Highly recommended.

The veranda at this hotel had live performances and fantastic food. As is the case with most Filipinos, the staff was a bunch of kind, polite, and happy people full of smiles ready to assist on minute's notice. Alfred, Jericho, Reuben were particularly helpful in meeting our needs at the table. Nori, rp, kevin, lorraine, and, I think, edward were wonderful at presenting delectable dishes that ranged from lesson manor to fried fish and Filipino desserts kakanin. The whole experience was also highlighted by a live native dance performance.
