Saya Minta Refund secepatnya. Karena sampainya saya di lokasi Pagar tertutup dan terkunci kami tidak dibukain pintu pagar sama skali dan nomor tlv Hotel tsb tdk diangkat2 sdh sy tlv berkali2 selama 1 jam kami tunggu depan pagar hotel dam tidak kunjung dibukakan pintu pagarnya dengan begitu kami luntang lantung cari penginapan lain, ini kesalahan dari managemen hotel dan managernya ibu euis sudah menyadari hal itu maka dari pihak hotel pun sudah ber email ke tiket.com utk di kembalikan uang nya kepada saya.

Keberadaan Villa tidak pernah saya temukan. Pertama kalai saya menghubungi pengelola saya di suruh menunggu di jalan karena staff nya akan jemput ke pinggir jalan. Saya coba telpp 7 kali lagi namun tidak di angkat angkat. Saya coba telusuri keberadaan villa sesuai map namun tidak kutemukan atau villa tersebut tidak memiliki akses
