Bagus banget tempat nya,walopun mencapainya agak bingung2 juga awal nya krn dah malam saat itu dan habis hujan pulaa...tapi tim the hills sangat membantu dg full service...trims @thehillskerinci Kebersihannya nggak ada lawan. Pemandangan gunung yang indah. Lingkungan yang bersahabat. Penawaran spesial. Fasilitas premium.

fasilitas dan pelayanan nya terbaik, staff hotel sangat ramah, pemandangan di balkon kamar langsung menghadap ke Gunung Kerinci dan Gunung Tujuh, di depan kamar ada padang rumput mini cocok untuk bermain sama anak-anak. pokoknya ini penginapan rekomendasi banget bual liburan di Kerinci.

Hotel yg nyaman dan bersih. Cocok banget untuk staycation bareng keluarga di kayu aro, kerinci. Staff hotel yg ramah dan helpfull serta pemandangan dari balcone kamar hotel yg juara langsung menghadap gunung kerinci.

A bit disappointed with the experience we had during our stay here. The facilities and service didn't match the price. It was too pricy. The moment we arrived, the receptionist was a bit too salty. She didn't smile or greet us properly. Then, when it was breakfast time, again we experienced something unpleasant. The workers (mostly girls) were enjoying their breakfast too in the same area with the guests. This waitress didn't explain what to serve for breakfast. We ended up eating too much. To sum up, the hospitality was really low.
