This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please do not smoke inside the house. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will forfeit your security deposit. Please do not check-out late. Please do not leave garbage in the unit and please tidy up per your rental agreement there are fees associated with trash removal and unit deep cleans. If your check-out affects the maid, you will be charged a late check out fee per your rental agreement. If it affects the next guests ability to check in, you will forfeit your security deposit. If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee that is outlined in your rental agreement. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
