They provide great breakfast too. They served good quality breakfasts and rooms. Hotel management front desk employees are very responsible in their duties. Cleaning staff need to be improved.

This place is located in the Trivandrum city. The location of this hotel is not far from the city noise, as it is located behind the saint joseph metro church. Plus, the service here was good.

Excellent room service and room facilities. I was able to select my room. the hotel is near a zoo, a snake park, and a temple. I give the room a 4 out of 5, but I don't like the dining table inside the room since it occupies more space, while staying with my kids it's also more fun to use the dining table. Besides that, I really like the place, especially the location that close to the zoo.

They provide a cup of tea and coffee as the breakfast isn't good enough to be served in the room. But the condition of the room is clean and good. But there is a problem with the pillows, the AC in the room works fine, and it can be seen in the pillow.

Very memorable experience when staying at this hotel during the monsoon. The rooms are very stylish and nice, the breakfast is very good with a limited selection. The whole staff is very helpful during my stay. I'm very grateful. I get a special rate as a collaborator.

I got a pleasant experience while swimming at the pool. The service was also good. The room was large and the menu varied. This was a memorable experience, and my kids will definitely come back to this hotel. Many thanks for a wonderful day.

It was fun and pleasant to stay here and I really like what the hotel provides, including the good breakfast, the tidy room, and good lobby. Nothing noisy, especially with my mother who is unable to walk.

We really enjoyed our time with Alphonse Jacques Sir and family. This place is well planned for a cake mixing function. The staff was so friendly and polite. Also, the breakfast was served on a nice plate. They also have a nice pool too.

The room stayed was great, and the view was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was easy to get, with the pool and spa facilities excellent. The spa was also good. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

This place has a reputation for being a must-visit. The room is large and offers a lovely view of the forest. The personnel is helpful and amiable. The check-in procedure is quick and precise. The setting is a little interior, but the staff is helpful in arranging local transportation, which is no problem. The restaurant is excellent. The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. Special thanks to Arif for the extra effort he put in to serve the guests. Their go and other staff members are excellent at managing and ensuring that guests are taken care of.

It was a wonderful experience staying at mainly lake resort. Best aspects 1. Maintain cleanliness in rooms and other areas. 2. Hospitality All people at the resort are well dressed and most importantly well mannered. 3. Food is too amazing, you will not get it outside anywhere. One of the best resort I have visited in India.

I stayed 2 nights here and had a great time. It's not far from the city center, but has a wonderful view. The room was neat and clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The food was also very delicious.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the lobby looks really nice, but the room smells a bit bad, they said there was a leak. The room was good, but the whole place felt old, but it wasn't like that in a vintage good way, it was like a twisted aura. The rooftop restaurant was nice, and there is a beautiful view of the city.

I had a temple wedding at the neighbouring Devidev temple and was put up in this hotel which was centrally located, easily accessible to Mochi Metro and just a stones throw from Ernakulam North Railway junction. Contrary to some of the reviews below, I found the staff friendly and even willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The breakfast buffet spread was decent, and the rooms were squeaky clean. You get more than just value for what you pay here as a guest. Highly recommended for a no-frills budget hotel or a short business trip.

The hotel lobby is pleasant and roomy. It's all dark at night. I agree that the lights may be dimmed or just limited, but here it was completely dark. It appears to be instructed upon inquire from the personnel. We had trouble finding the lobby after leaving quite early in the morning. Despite calling them to turn it on, they would always switch off the water heater switch within minutes. Breakfast was on another level, and the food was from the ground floor, so it was cold and only limited. Poor service and the rooms do not live up to the lobby's initial appearance.
