Please note that guests are required to show a Marriage Certificate upon check-in. Otherwise we could not be able to proceed with check-inUpon your arrival, it is mandatory to pay an insurance deposit for your stay. The deposit amounts policy are outlined below:- For stays less than a month, a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total stay will be required.- For stays between one and three months, an additional one-month deposit will be collected.- Stays lasting between three and nine months will require an extra two-month deposit.- For stays of nine months or longer, an additional three-month deposit will be requested.Rest assured that we prioritize the security of your deposit.
