We stayed at a house we had previously rented. The house is still excellent, has a wonderful view, and has easy access to the plentiful pools without the lift problems if staying in the towers. However, another reviewer noted that the customer service at the check-in desk is horrible. Also the housekeeping is questionable. When we got to the house, it appeared that the set of towels that were supposed to have been cleaned were still outside. There was a filthy towel on the patio and there were others in queues that led us to believe that it wasn't actually cleaned. Buyers beware, you are paying a premium price for a less-than-leading product at this moment in time.

Another reviewer points out that the customer service at the check-in desk is terrible. Also, the housekeeping is doubtful. When we arrived at the house, it appeared that the set of towels that should have gone in as clean for us were still outside. There was a dirty towel on the patio and some other queues, which would have led us to believe it was not actually cleaned. Buyer beware, you are paying a premium price for a less than premium product at this moment.
