Très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. La prestation correspond à nos attentes et aux photos sur le site d'hotels.com. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir de la neige durant notre séjour ce qui a ajouté un certain charme à l'endroit. De nombreux départs de randonnée depuis l'appartement.

Wir, eine 4 Köpfige Familie, fanden es echt super hier. Es war ruhig, es gibt direkt ein Spielplatz um die Ecke, den Nationalpark und das Phantasialand. Sehr großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten, die Zimmer sind Hell, groß, geräumig, sauber und wunderschön. Eine kleine Grundaustattung an Gewürzen wäre Wünschenswert gewesen, es gibt nur Salz & Pfeffer. Aber sonst war alles super und die Aussicht ein Traum

Toller Empfang und Abschied. Fachkräfte zahlen sich immer aus, wie man sieht. Viele Parkplätze vor der Tür. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Geräumige, helle Zimmer. Alles neu und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Küche mit allem was man braucht. In der Natur gelegen und absolut ruhig.

Heerlijk groot en ruim appartement met alles er op en er aan! Ik had de begane grond met eigen terras en tuin. Erg vriendelijk en gastvrije receptie. De ideale stek om fietstochten te maken.

These apartments are immaculate fully furnished and serviced to a very high standard.Staff friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Local area is stunning, Monshau is a must visit when in this region. We used the apartments as a base for Belgian Grand Prix in Spa. Easy travel to and from the circuit. Would highly recommend and I shall use these apartments again

Mooie goed verzorgde accommodatie. Appartement is erg compleet ingericht en zeer schoon. In de omgeving is meer dan voldoende te doen. Vogelsang is bv meer dan een bezoek waard.

Great location, very quiet, very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Cheap supermarket in the village ( Netto - 1.3km ) You can even order your meals at the reception, they work with a local restaurant. Free parking, free WI-Fi, free infant bed, free infant high chair. A little bit isolated, on top of the hill, but that comes with a great advantage: it is very quiet !! P.S. Don't do as i did: i came around 15:30 and waited until 17h with two small children in the car. Indeed, the reception is closed between 12h and 17 h, but the key is waiting for you ! You will do the check-in later, after 17h.

Nous nous rendons souvent dans cette région mais ne connaissions pas ce complexe. Nous avons profité d'une offre promotionnelle sur hôtels.com et avons été agréablement surpris par le ferienpark. Situé sur les hauteurs, à +/- 1km du village, les bâtiments et le paysage sont beaux. Le complexe dispose d'un grand parking, d'une salle de sport, d'un sauna (en travaux cet été) et une camionnette livre du pain à 9h du matin certains jours de la semaine. Le personnel est sympa et flexible. Notre appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel et beaucoup plus grand que ce que nous avions imaginé. Le quartier est calme et très agréable. Il invite aux balades et randonnées. Les appartements se situent à une quinzaine de minutes de Heimbach, 1h du Nürburgring, 30mn d'Euskirchen, d'Aix-la-Chapelle, Monschau ou de Bad-Münstereifel. Très pratique et central pour les visites. A savoir: les chiens sont admis sur demande selon disponibilités. Sur le site hôtel.com était mentionné qu'ils étaient interdits mais après renseignement, quelques appartements acceptent les animaux.

Bij aankomst , geen probleem om de receptie te vinden met een vriendelijke receptioniste, die heel goed allerlei info doorgaf. Het appartement was boven verwachting, heel ruim, mooi en moderne keuken,alles voorzien. Heerlijk bed en sofabed.Woonkamer gezellig en modern met groot tv scherm. Toilet apart van badkamer, beiden zeer proper. Op wc bril een info dat de wc gedesinfecteerd was. Dit is een service dat bij elke nieuwe boeking gegarandeerd is. Goed gelapen, prachtig uitzicht en zeer rustig gelegen in mooi natuurgebied. De moeite waard en waar voor je geld.

Die Wohnung war super und sehr gut ausgestattet. An Geschirr hat uns nichts gefehlt! Sehr schöne Einrichtung! Es gab ein Bereich mit Sofa zum Entspannen und ein Bereich für die Küche sowie ein Essbereich. Wir waren zu weit und die Wohnung war passend für uns.
