The balcony overlooking the river was a beautiful setting, and there is a wonderful walking path along the river with easy access.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I asked for help. I was unable to check in very well on the first night but that was due to me not being able to call and having limited service. Overall it was a nice stay and the room was great

Hotel yang ramah. Kamar dupleks dengan pemandangan ke main. Sayangnya kamar harus siap jam 2 siang tetapi tiba jam 140 dan kami melihat bahwa kamar sedang dibersihkan. Kami menunggu 1 jam, kurang 1 jam untuk mengunjungi kota. Masih ada makanan di lemari es.

This 2 level room was as pictured, clean and comfortable beds. You just push a button outside to get in and they were there to do that and a person was there to check us out. There was no AC but the window opened to the street and there were no bugs. However, this is not the properties fault but it was a busy night with lots of city noises with police, people yelling about, etc so it is a noisy area with the window open. But close to everything, right off the river Main, spacious, clean and comfortable and a good value for the price.

Kami menelepon resepsionis hotel dan tidak ada jawaban, kami berlari ke resepsionis dan tidak ada seorang pun di sana. Memalukan. Kami mengambil semuanya dan pergi ke hotel lain keesokan paginya kami berbicara dengan resepsionis untuk mengajukan klaim dan meminta uang kembali. Mereka memberi tahu kami bahwa tidak ada formulir dan mereka tidak akan mengembalikan uang karena hotel ini sangat aman. Kami menyuruhnya menelepon bos atau apa pun di hotel dan dia memberi tahu kami bahwa tidak ada kesalahan keamanan hotel dan dia tidak mempercayai kami. Memalukan apa yang terjadi karena kurangnya keamanan dan perlakuan yang diterima oleh para pekerja dan terutama manajer hotel, perlakuan yang merendahkan dan sepenuhnya dingin.

Sehr schöne, saubere Apartments direkt am Main - top Lage, nur wenige Minuten nach Sachsenhausen oder in die Innenstadt. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit beim Einchecken. Im Hof gibt es 3-4 Parkplätze, die bei Bedarf für 20€ pro Nacht dazu gebucht werden können. Wir hatten einen tollen kurzen Aufenthalt, besonders der Balkon in unserer Suite war ein Highlight für uns!

Personnel aimable et prévenant. Nous avions loué 2 appartements pour 2 et 3 personnes (5 personnes au total), très propres et fonctionnels, cela manquait néanmoins de vaisselle, même juste pour le petit-déjeuner. Le parking a été bien utile (20 euros par jour) et accessible rapidement à notre arrivée (nous avions réservé). Les échafaudages sont toujours là (côté Main). L'hôtel est très bien placé, le centre ville est à environ 5 minutes à pied, il y a un supermarché juste en face.

I booked this hotel due to it’s location, close to town and station and also avenue for a music gig we were going to. The reception is very small so was a bit busy with us, our luggage and other hotel residents trying to get by. The room was clean, modern and serviceable. It suited our needs. These rooms do have a small kitchenette and as there is no bar facilities to get drinks downstairs it’s worth buying stuff from the Lidl opposite and popping it in the fridge.

This was the best Hotel that i stayed in all of Germany. It’s small but compact and has everything you need. The balcony with the view of the river is wonderful.. see people jogging, paddling, walking their dogs. It’s newly renovated so everything is top notch modern and spotless! The reception is very welcoming and helpful. I’m Vegan, so I found some nice places to eat nearby and a great discount grocery store directly across the street. I had a wonderful night for just staying to catch a flight the next morning from Frankfurt airport. You can catch the S8 or S9 which goes directly to the airport terminal. The station is only a 4-5 min walk from the hotel.
