Nice spot, just need not to be so strict with the check-in time. the door even didn't open 5 min before 3 pm! does not look good on the property people bunching up in front of the door and then rush at 3. Think of a grace period!

Schön nahe vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man die Grünflächen am Mainufer. Wegen der vielen Wohnungen eher unpersönlich, erstaunlich ruhiges Ambiente.

フロントがないので心配でしたが、係の人が建物のドアの内側にいてくれたので安心しました。建物もわかりやすく駅からも近く便利でした。内装も綺麗で清潔感あり。キッチン布巾かゴミ箱付近がカビの臭いがしました。のでゴミ箱の付近とキッチン布巾には触れずに過ごしました。ドアを勢いよく閉めるというコツを掴むのに時間ぎかかりましたが、その間も係の人がついててくれました。

7 minutes walk to train station. Quiet area. Close to city center as well. Pretty clean. They have a little GYM room, which will be enough to keep yourself in shape)

Excelente localização, limpeza , conforto ( com excepção das cortinas totalmente translúcidas que permite passar toda claridade da rua , e isso incomoda para poder dormir e descansar ) , de resto tudo esteve impecável . Os contactos de telefone do Costume Service não estão actualizados , devem rever isso .

Es handelt sich um ein einigermaßen zentral gelegenes Haus mit einer Menge an ordentlichen Appartements. Für Geschäftsaufenthalte im Frankfurter Bankenviertel sind sie genau das was man braucht, allerdings muss man darauf vorbereitet sein, daß zwischendurch keine Reinigung stattfindet und man eigentlich mit niemandem Kontakt hat und bei Nachfragen eine englisch sprachige Hotline anrufen muss.

Man muss sich einfach im Klaren sein, dass es keinen Zimmerservice während des Aufenthalts gibt. Für mich war das ok. Sehr positiv habe ich die Möglichkeit wahrgenommen, mit einer einfachen Küche sich auch selbst zu verpflegen.

I reell enjoyed the studio. Easy access system without key. Clean and modern. Very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice and very clean kitchen. The bathroom door could not be closed but I have reported it and are sure it will be fixed. Very convenient location close to the Bahnhof and a few blocks away from the worst area around the Bahnhof. Will stay there again next time I'm in Frankfurt.
