Plusnya hotel bersih dan berlokasi di tawangmangu. Minusnya: parkiran sempit, variasi dan rasa breakfast kurang, tempat breakfast kurang, amenities kurang lengkap, kamar mandi di kamar yg kami tempati airnya menggenang, kamar dan kamar mandi sempit. Lift cuma 1 dan sempit. Customer service whatsapp slow respon. Pelayanan secara keseluruhan tidak sesuai harga yg dibayar.

Stay disini sangat menyenangkan, lingkungan yg dingin, wangi (karena dikelilingi tanaman2 aromatic), sangat menenangkan. Salah satu keunggulannya adalah makanan di restonya enak bgt, bukan kyk makanan hotel yg biasanya cenderung standar secara rasa, namun ini beneran enak. Berharap bgt bisa menginap lagi bersama keluarga next time. 🫶🏻

Sebaiknya ambil paket dinner agar malam² tidak perlu ke luar mencari makan. Semuanya masih bagus seperti dulu, nilai plusnya alat untuk permainan anak bertambah, nilai minusnya karena ada penambahan bangunan baru sehingga pemandangannya sedikit berkurang.
