(+) : Lokasi strategis seberang ada 7-11, Kamar Luas sekali, Staff responsif dan ramah, Menenangkan, Harga murah (-) : Hotel konsep CBD kalo di SG, Lift terkesan jadul, Beberapa hal di kamar seperti TV dan kotak kartu harus diperbaiki, Kamar Mandi kecil sekali dan tidak ada pembatas kaca, Amenities hanya sabun, shampoo dan sikat gigi, tidak ada Kolam Renang

Strategic, around Jonker Walk area, not far from Plaza Hang Tuah, right across from Kampung Hulu Mosque, very affordable price. We arrived at the hotel at 11.30am & were allowed to enter the room by the receptionist (Ms Miki if I heard her name correctly), given twin bed room number 111. The room size is enough for the two of us & there is still space for shalat. The furniture (AC, fan, TV, water heater, towels, sheets, blankets, table, hangers, etc.), bedroom & bathroom floors are very clean, all room facilities are functioning properly. Toilet paper, soap & shampoo are available. There are windows for ventilation & sunlight to enter. View of the parking lot, coconut trees & mango trees that are bearing fruit. Fast wifi, drinking water dispenser available, unlimited tea, coffee and sugar. Ms Miki is very friendly & informative. Mr Ti (hotel owner) is also responsive when I contact him via the number listed on Tiket.com. Will be stay at this hotel when we visit Melaka again 🧡

Penginapan ini bergabung dgn hotel Asia malaka. Admin apartment nya sangat fast respon. Namun kasur kamar tidak sebesar yg ada di foto. fasilitas di dapur tidak selengkap yg di foto ( tidak ada alat masak , piring dll) Pintu kamar mandi rusak dihari kedua menginap, engsel pintunya lepas padahal dibuka dengan pelan. Hunian seperti jarang ditunggu. Karena ada beberapa debu2 di sofa kursi. Bola lampu ada 5 yg mati. Ada biaya RM 100 diawal sebagai deposit. Ada biaya tourist juga RM 10 per malam. Kartu tap pintu hanya diberi 1 saja, jd kalau mau turun beli makan agak sulit. So far akan dijadikan pengalaman saja untuk menginap disini (untuk apartment yg by perfect host), karena yg hotel Asia malaka nya itu beda manajemen.
