Cukup banyak yang menginap untuk jangka panjang, atau sewa bulanan/tahunan. Tapi overall ok tidak terlalu bising. Daerahnya juga di daerah yang cukup sepi namun mudah ditemukan untuk lokasi hotelnya. Para staff ramah, dan security yang selalu setia membantu untuk parkiran kendaraan. Resepsionis yang cekatan dan luar biasa. Kenyamanan terjamin. Alat mandi sudah disediakan.
