My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While it offers good facilities and a strategic location, there were some inconveniences that made the experience less enjoyable. The check-in process was quite disappointing. There was no prior information that the reception closes around 4 PM, so I was only informed upon arrival that check-in had to be done via WhatsApp. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially for first-time visitors. Location-wise, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, making it convenient for transportation. However, the area didn’t feel very safe, as there were groups of people loitering on the sidewalks, giving off an unsettling vibe. On the bright side, there are several restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up some local gifts. The hotel offers quite complete kitchen facilities, which is great for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. Additionally, the bathroom includes a bidet, a plus for guests who don’t prefer using toilet paper. The room itself was spacious, though the building’s old architecture and atmosphere were noticeable. Some may appreciate the charm, but others might find it outdated. Security-wise, the hotel uses a coded lock system for the main gate, reception gate, and room door. While this enhances safety, it also means guests need to remember multiple codes for access. Overall, this hotel is a decent option for those looking for a convenient location with good facilities. However, the check-in process needs better communication, and the surrounding area may not feel comfortable for all travelers.

Second time staying here. Loving the location because it‘s near the central station, room was great, service was great. Only thing we didn‘t like is how they made us pay city tax when we checked out, we were in a hurry and we expected smooth check out. We knew we have to pay but since they didn‘t ask during check in we thought it was included in the price/ something.

Ke Vatikan cuman 20 langkah. Hotelnya part dari Basilica Cardinal Cesi. Suasananya damai dan nyaman. Kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya bersih banget. Ke Palazzo Navano dan ke Fountain du Trevi serta Colloseum bisa sih jalan kaki sekalian jalan2 santai. Best view lah pokoknya 😍

Everything just nice. The toiletries is also very nicely done. Room is clean and everything is immaculate. So i accidentally dropped my ring into the wash sink but the staff was very helpful by getting the ring for me. I feel bad for asking but they were super helpful and nice about it. The room is super nice and cute. Location is right in the middle of everything. I’m so grateful with their help. Def recommend this place to anyone.

Lokasi strategis dekat stasiun kereta dan bus, di tengah2 kota, banyak pertokoan dan restoran, serta dekat tempat wisata. Pas nyampe emang agak bingung lokasinya, ternyata di dalam apartemen, ada lift di dalam pintu kayu, kalo bingung bisa chat ke yang punya +393493649968 sekalian check in online. Ada biaya pajak tambaham 24 euro. Overall bagus.
