I had a great time there. The beach house is directly in front of Payyambalam beach. We were a three-person group traveling for the first time since the couid lockdown. The beach is easily accessible and shallow, and the highlight of the trip was the shallow beach. The host Vijay was helpful and arranged some bikes for us. Overall a great weekend vacation.

This place has a dining area on the balcony. We stay here for 2 nights and stay in one of the suites on the first floor. The room is quite large. The staff are very helpful and always available. The first floor and above rooms should be preferred for views.

The place appears a bit run-down but offers most amenities needed for a beach house stay. The beach has a wonderful view, sands are just 20 steps from the property, and a nice, quiet, and calm beach for your pleasure. There was really no crowd or persons at the beach during my stay. Wake up, step into the beach, and dine for a homemade breakfast. Everything works out wonderfully. The caretaker, Chandon, is great and extremely helpful.

In January, I spent one night in a sinful beach house. The cost of an online reservation for a studio room is $300 per night. With rooms that smelled strongly of smoke, linens were filthy, and the fittings, such as drapes, were broken and unkempt. The rooms were very poorly kept, with smokey odors, and linens that could have been repaired and replaced. It was a surprise that vegetarian cuisine was only provided at a beachfront establishment, and the food was awful. The kitchen was next to the room, and loud music was played well into the night in the room. The location is excellent. The beach is directly across the property, and it was very neat. If you are traveling with your family, I would suggest several better properties nearby. This is my third trip to Way. Harris Sea Shell and Costa Calamari, both of my previous stays were excellent and memorable. Unfortunately, Sinful Beach House was a terrible experience, and I won't be coming back.

Last 28. I stayed with my friend and it's been great, staff is friendly especially thank you. Vijay upgraded the room for us, it was very helpful, with good views, not a big property, but the service is great, thank you for your hospitality.
