In north sulawesi, this place is unquestionably a hidden gem! The first impression was excellent! They prepared an offroad vehicle to transport us there after we were greeted at the parking lot and informed that the road leading to their lobby area is extremely steep. They assisted us with our baggage and made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle. My kids and i traveled there, and they are readily aware of unusual circumstances or places. The driver courteously confirmed our decision before dropping us off at the point where the climb becomes unbearable for them. They made sure we got the cabin with the greatest sunset view without my request. They also requested an inhouse activity, which they promptly delivered. In general, we had a wonderful time, the scenery and atmosphere are breathtaking, the cabin is spotless, the water heater functions, the food was delicious, and the service is firstrate! We will most certainly return.
