Tempatnya oke, modern, minimalis, dan mengutamakan keindahan dan keteraturan. Unit yang ditempati saat ini adalah unit 1 lantai 25 dan ini termasuk tipe kamar dengan 2 kamar tidur, cukup luas, hanya sayang AC di ruang utama belum tersedia, tetapi di dua kamar yang ada, AC sudah tersedia. Bagi yang ingin menginap di sini, siap-siap untuk membeli kebutuhan makan dari luar karena toko di sini masih kosong, jadi misalnya kalau mau minum, cemilan, beli dari luar.
