Saya menginap di kamar premium dengan 3 kamar tidur selama 2 malam dan kamar 3 kamar tidur selama 1 malam. Terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari mana saja di Seminyak. Ada restoran kopi tepat di depan vila. Ini jauh lebih besar dari pemandangan kolam renang dan memiliki bluetooth sehingga Anda dapat mendengarkan lagu dengan keras. Staf sangat ramah dan mereka membawa Anda ke dekatnya dengan mobil. Saya pasti akan kembali.

This place is amazing. We got the one with a private pool and it was so worth it. It was very secluded and very spacious hotel room. They picked us up for 300 k from the airport. Our driver was very charming and helped us out as we were first timers in bali. Once we got to the hotel the staff was amazing. We had a private chef who spoke very good english and was still learning. He was amazing and felt like family. They clean the room twice a day and even clean the pool of leaves fall in. This place was beautiful and it will be hard to match this hotel. If we ever come back, we will come back to our friends in chandra bali villas.

Namun, ada hal yang tidak terduga terjadi: Ketika saya pergi pada hari terakhir, pelayan "baru saja mengambil daftar mini bar" dan mulai menghitung, mengatakan bahwa bir dan soda hilang! Kesalahpahaman 1) Dia sendiri tidak dapat menemukan bir dan mengatakan kami meminumnya (jelas ada di balik buahnya tetapi dia tidak dapat membalikkannya) Kesalahpahaman 2) Tidak ada air soda di lemari es (tidak ada di hari pertama check-in, sengaja mendiskreditkan kami) Kami telah melaporkan bahwa kami mengambil keripik kentang Coke dan Pringles Untuk memperjelas ketidakbersalahan kami, kami menemukan minibar pada hari pertama kami check-in di ponsel kami, jadi kami tidak ditagih berlebihan. Awalnya saya ingin menikmati suasana vila tetapi pada akhirnya, hal itu sangat membahayakan hak dan integritas pelanggan! Semuanya sempurna! Stafnya ramah, lokasinya strategis dekat kudeta dan tempat-tempat keren lainnya. Ada layanan drop-seevice gratis di area Seminyak, ada floating gratis jika kita memintanya, jadi tidak perlu menyewa floating yang rumit. Setiap pagi ada yang menyiapkan sarapan dan makanannya enak banget. Akan segera kembali!

We had decided to visit chandra villas because we were in bali in November. We were greeted with a smile and drinks as soon as we arrived at the airport. Our driver, sudi, kindly welcomed us and assured us that we were now part of a family. We were astonished when we were shown our villa. Everything is thoughtfully planned and of high quality, and there is nothing missing. The team is ok with trips to remote eateries, island exploration, or lunch boxes for longer day trips. We appreciate the wonderful conversations we had at the front desk, which informed us more about balinese culture. We appreciate everyone from the 37strong team, including minnie, sudi, ika, tuti, and sudi, for a wonderful vacation. As sudi stated, we felt like a member of a family. Absolute recommendation. We will return!.

Saya sangat merekomendasikan villa ini. Keluarga saya yang terdiri dari 5 orang menginap di kamar deluxe dengan 3 tempat tidur. Selain 3 kamar tidur, terdapat 4 kamar dengan ruang tamu ber-AC, ruang tamu atau ruang makan yang besar dan bersih, serta kolam renang! Ini adalah kunjungan kelima saya ke Bali dan saya sangat merekomendasikan villa ini. Staf sarapan dan staf kebersihan semuanya sangat baik, jadi saya bisa menghabiskan minggu dengan tenang. Saya pasti ingin tinggal di sini lagi pada kunjungan saya berikutnya.

From the initial booking process, the staff at Chandra Bali Villas were amazing! They contacted me before arrival to double check our requirements and were so kind and so accomodating to all of our needs and even had a meal prepared for us on arrival after a late flight with little children. They went out of their way to meet our needs and I cannot thank them enough for the amazing stay! We will definitely be back :)
