VM • Couple Trip

Travelio terburuk yg pernah saya inap selama ini. Dari awal mau check in petugas travelio yg mengurus kunci sangat tidak sabar dan terus bertanya sudah dimana tanpa memberi tahu bisa parkir dimana, kalau mau ke lobby apartment nya bagaimana (note : saya orang jakarta, tidak tahu sama sekali mengenai apartment di surabaya konsepnya apa ada parkiran khusus atau bagaimana). Karena sewa harian maka tidak dapat kartu akses, kami harus parkir di mall Pakuwon. Tolong dibayangkan orang luar kota yg clueless tower apart nya ada di bagian mana, harus parkir dekat lobby apa atau level mana TIDAK DIINFO SAMA SEKALI OLEH PETUGAS ADMIN TRAVELIO. Setelah muter2 tanya satpam tempat parkir untuk apart tower tsb kalau tidak punya kartu akses dimana akhirnya kami parkir dan kami masuk mall sambil membawa bawa koper karena ternyata lobby apartment berada di dalam mall. Sesampainya di lobby dan bertemu dengan petugas travelio kami BARU DIINFOKAN kalau parkir maks 15 jam, sebelum 15 jam harus keluar lalu masuk lagi untuk menghindari denda 100rb, POINT YG TIDAK DIINFOKAN SAMA SEKALI DI AWAL karena menurut saya ini cukup merepotkan. Sesampainya di kamar, AC di unit kurang dingin padahal sudah disetel dengan suhu paling dingin, seprei sangat kasar, bantal yg disediakan sangat tipis (sudah tepes), air dari keran bau sehingga untuk sikat gigi dan cuci muka kami akhirnya menggunakan air mineral. Besoknya kami harus berangkat pagi (jam 8 pagi), checkout sebenarnya mudah karena tinggal menaruh ke dalam mailbox yg ada di lobby. Tapi karena belum jam operasional mall maka pintu ke arah parkiran kami kemarin belum dibuka, kami harus berputar2 tanya ke satpam parkiran berkali-kali dan jarak yg jauh naik turun level parkiran sambil membawa semua koper dan barang hanya untuk ke mobil kami. INI SEMUA MENURUT SAYA SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL KARENA SAMA SEKALI TIDAK DIINFOKAN DI AWAL mulai dari parkir harus di mall, harus keluar parkir sebelum 15 jam untuk menghindari denda, pintu akses mana yg dibuka dari pagi sehingga kami harus parkir di bagian mana supaya menghindari kesulitan untuk kembali ke mobil di pagi hari jika mall belum operasional. Ditambah unitnya juga buruk. Dengan harga yg relatif dibilang murah juga tidak. SUNGGUH KAPOK MENGINAP DI SINI.
