Pertama dan terakhir kali pakai travelio sebagai intermediaries tamu dan pemilik unit. Kita listriknya mati, nanya ke pihak gedung, dilempar ke travelio. Dari travelio dilempar ke pihak gedung untuk cari solusi sendiri. Jawabannya lambat sekali, berbelit belit, dan tidak ada solusi. DISURUH lihat sikring sampai 3x mesej travelio kirim padahal sudah dijawab. Masa disuruh lihat token, ini kan unit ga pakai token. Ga ada tanggung jawab, minta refund, malah ga mau. Btw, deposit belum balik balik nih. Kalau memang punya kesabaran tingkat dewa. Ya monggo pesan saja. Tapi kalau saya sih, big NO.

Saya kapok booking unit Travelio lewat aplikasi macam tiket.com atau T******** atau sejenisnya. Mereka mencharge deposit senilai 300 ribu bahkan sebelum petugasnya datang. Petugas tidak standby , saya harus menunggu 3-4 jam. Alesan mereka deposit itu ada di point kebijakan property. Tapi kebijakan property itu berupa klausul panjang lebar , dan tulisan 300 ribu . Sangat kecill. Kita customer 100% tidak akan membaca berlembar lembar. Krn Bila kita booking hotel , tidak ada biaya tambahan . Apabila ada deposit dengan kwitansi lengkap . Dan pas checkout langsung uang kembali. Di Travelio , banyak sekali klausul charge spt MARKETING TRAP. Misal, kita sewa apartemen 300 ribu. Biaya yg dikeluarkan . Deposit 300 ribu. Yang tidak Tertulis secara gamblang . Kita suruh cari sendiri diantara klausul berlembar lembar. Telat checkout denda 200 ribu. Kunci ilang denda 500 ribu. Seandainya petugasnya telat datang pas kita checkout, Krn masih di jalan ngurusin property dia yang lain amsiong dong kita di charge sepihak.SAYA TIDAK JADI PAKAI BOOKINGAN DARIPADA BAYAR DEPOSIT GAK JELAS. TRAVELIO ANDA SUNGGUH PARAH PELAYANANNYA.

Traveliio ini sangat slowrespon,buat kebijakan ga sesuai dengan kenyataan di lapangan,saya suruh nunggu hingga 3 jam,ga profesional aja,wifi juga ga bisa sama sekali,padahal saya pesan dengan fasilitas free wifi dan smart TV,di komplen tali pelayanan nya ga sesuai dan lama,deposit memang kembali lagi,tapi nominal anda terlalu besar tidak sebanding dengan nilai pelayanan anda,jadi ya mohon maaf atas nilai nya,saya harap ini bisa jadi pejaran buat kalian ya Traveliio.
