The customer service was excellent, and the place was quite clean. They have a shuttle that runs into ubud every two hours, which was convenient. The reason for the three stars is that they need serious pest control as soon as possible, and the breakfast was mediocre.

BeL hôtel situé dans la jungle mais à proximité de la ville d Ubud. Tranquillité, charme,personnel attentionné ne sont que quelques unes des qualités de ce magnifique hôtel/Villas La nourriture est bonne, les chambres sont extraordinaires, les services sont excellents ( massages, transfert vers la ville gratuit, restaurants, etc) Ce qui a été très apprécié est le fait que l hôtel nous remets un cellulaire pour communiquer avec eux en tout temps. Pratique lorsqu on est en ville et que l on a besoin du service de navette pour nous ramener à l hôtel!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vom Service bis zum Zimmer war alles super. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen von Ubud. Es gibt jedoch einen kostenlosen Shuttle. Spa und Restaurant sind preislich etwas über den Angeboten in Ubud, aber gut! Leider ist vor dem Hotel ein Steinbruch von welchem es ab und zu laut werden kann. Uns hat dies jedoch nicht in unserem Urlaub eingeschränkt.

Top resort. Surrounded by jungle and rice fields. The villas are clean and comfortable with a great private pool. The restaurant serves delicious food. We had a wonderful massage from mini. Thank you to the owner pak bagus, mrs. Dian, and the entire staff for the wonderful days.

If you enjoy nature and peace, this is a great place to stay. Excellent service they will fulfill your needs. Naturefilled villa. Although the location is a little distant from ubud village, you can call anytime and they will provide a free shuttle service. Breakfast was the only meal we had, but it was tasty and tasty. The staff is incredibly helpful and cooperative. In general, if you want to stay in a villa with science and nature, this is the ideal location for you.

We stayed here for 5 nights because it was our first time staying in ubud. The friendly staff at the front desk checked us in and were always welcomed when we passed by. Our stay was very enjoyable. The room is very clean, the location is great and the vegetation is beautiful, the breakfast is amazing and the pool is perfect. We love our stay at griya shanti villa and spa, cant wait to come back.

Jika Anda ingin mendapatkan kolam renang pribadi yang terletak di lantai sama dengan kamar, Anda dapat memesan Villa Jepun. Sangat sejuk, membuat Anda betah dan tidak ingin cepat-cepat pulang.

Saya menginap selama 4 hari di Villa dengan kolam renang pribadi, suasananya sangat tenang dan nyaman. Stafnya ramah, jadi seperti di rumah sendiri. Sarapan sederhana tapi enak. Wifi tidak terlalu kencang, tapi lumayan. TV hanya memiliki 3 saluran, tapi tidak masalah.

Kami menghabiskan 3 malam dengan 2 anak kami, kolam renangnya sangat ideal dan sempurna untuk bersantai setelah liburan yang tenang. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan semuanya sangat bersih. Akses ke Ubud dimungkinkan dengan layanan antar-jemput yang berangkat 4 kali sehari di pusat. Anda dapat menemukan informasi dari Dian yang selalu sangat ramah dan menggemaskan seperti semua staf.
