This is my honest review. Ive lived here for over a year, and i will describe the positives and negatives of living here. From my experience, the security and cleaning services have been excellent. Buildings, pipes, and elevators are regularly maintained, and management will notify you via registered phone numbers. Parking membership fees are payable every three months, and you can pay or update online. Maintenance fees are also quite expensive, payable every three months. The management office is located in the basement, and the service is decent, but be prepared for lengthy lines occasionally. The complaint is the noise. The apartments walls are incredibly thin. Try not to engage in a loud argument. The windows are also thin, making outdoor noises noticeable. Light sleepers may find this to be problematic depending on the tower and its orientation. So, if you are buying a unit and want to experience a more tranquil sleep or atmosphere, consider installing noisereducing materials or opting for doubleglazed windows if permitted by the developer. The swimming pool is large but shallow, probably for safety reasons. The units balcony is small, so think about hanging your clothes or opt for laundry facilities downstairs. Rent prices are very reasonable, and the apartment is conveniently located near the mall. Living in this apartment is quite efficient, but the noises and limited space deduct two stars from me.

This apartment is located in summarecon bekasi, in the bcbd area. This apartment has 6 towers in one location. The location is near summarecon mal bekasi. This apartment has 2 large shared swimming pools, an outdoor gym, a kids corner, and also a jogging area. Not only that, but you can also see the small pond near the bcbd bridge. Food and beverage stalls are available on the ground floor, as is the parking lot for guests and visitors.

Sewa apartemen di sini selama 1 malam. Di lantai 2 apartemen, ada taman bermain. Anak-anak betah dan tidak mau berhenti. Ada kolam renang dewasa dan anak-anak serta kamar mandi. Petugas kolam renang ada dan mengawasi pengunjung, baik di dalam maupun luar kolam. Sebenarnya ada aturan tidak boleh membawa makanan ke area kolam, tapi saya melihat ada dua orang membawa makanan. Mungkin tidak masalah membawa cemilan asal sampah tidak dibuang. Security di lobby juga ramah. Di Tower Basella ada minimarket. Di Tower belakang juga ada ATM BCA. Di lantai 1 juga ada beberapa toko kelontong, sayuran, dan laundry. Parkir tamu 24 jam dikenakan biaya 30.000 Untuk mobil dan 14.000 Untuk motor. Summarecon Management juga menyediakan shuttle untuk ke Summarecon Mall Bekasi untuk waktu tertentu. Sebenarnya jalan kaki juga bisa karena ada underpass yang menghubungkan ke SMB dari pinggir jalan. Di seberang apartemen juga ada restoran dengan pemandangan danau. Tempat yang sangat strategis, bisa untuk liburan sambil CFD atau ke mall atau pertemuan bisnis.

Tempatnya bersih dan tempat parkirnya luas, dekat dengan mall SMB dan kafe-kafe di sekitar BCBD. Di dalam apartemen ada Indomart, kafe, dan tempat makan. Mungkin pelayanan satpamnya perlu ditingkatkan, cobalah untuk menerapkan pelayanan seperti satpam BCA yang ramah. Pemesanan gojek juga bisa dijemput sampai depan lobby, kita harus sudah standby di bawah ya. Soalnya gojeknya hanya diberikan waktu 10 menit saja agar tidak bayar parkir.

Sebenarnya tempatnya sangat nyaman dan nyaman. Namun, pekerja seperti satpam penerima paket sangat songong, merasa seperti yang dimiliki apartemen. Si paling bekerja di apartemen. Tidak memiliki etika. Aduh, jadi satpam di apartemen saja belagu banget. Mohon ajarkan para pekerjanya untuk beretika kepada pelanggan.

Alat shalat, handuk, sabun, sampo, dan alat makan, air galon, peralatan masak (seadanya), dan alat cuci piring. AC dingin, kulkas dingin, TV kabel standar, dan kasur empuk dan bersih. Lokasi dekat dengan Indomaret. Tidak ada pemanas air (mungkin karena harga hari biasa kemarin sangat murah). Hanger hanya ada 1 dan tidak ada jemuran. Saya memberikan rating 4.5 Per 5 Terlebih karena Bu Siti pemilik sangat baik dan cepat tanggap.
