We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back.

House was beautiful and host was great. A pool was nice. Village surrounding was authentic and quiet. A pretty magical place. But we are disappointing about large quantity of trash on beach. I suppose it was a rainy season which brought all plastic junks from cities. We did not swim there. Un-controlled plastic garbage is a real issue in many countries and it would destroy environment and tourism all together. Tourism industry can be a solution and push this issue.

Awesome interior and territory!!! Owner has a perfect taste. Very quiet atmosphere around this villa, almost no people. So very good for meditate and enjoy by wild balian nature and ocean. Nice and clean pool and wooden scene for sunbathing. It standing exactly on the beach, so ideally suit for watching sunsets.

We stayed here for 4 days in February 2017, on our honeymoon. Every detail here is amazing, including bedrooms, kitchen, outdoor, pool, beach, views, services, food, staff, channels, bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. There is no negative aspect of this place, especially for couples and honeymooners looking for a peaceful, relaxing place to stay for a couple of days on the beach.

The location is very nice, with a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to communicate with the host and book a spa, breakfast service, and taxi via WhatsApp. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for me time or escape from the crowds. One suggestion for the host, it would be great if there was a light or signage at the entrance in front of the small pathway.

I have a very pleasant experience. I feel very comfortable staying here because the atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. The villa is very well equipped with a stunning panoramic view with a mix of old and new furniture. The villa is very well located on the beach. The architecture is really a mix of old wooden and glass. The décor here is so fine. The food here is very tasty and freshly cooked. Also, the manager is very attentive. The food looks great, just like it's freshly cooked and brought to you at the villa. You can hear the waves around the clock. If you can sleep with it, that's fine. And, the swimming pool is included, and also very clean.

The villa was beautiful but we didn’t have hot water every day which was a bummer but other than that the villa was amazing but really far from everything that we wanted to do.
