Staff villa ramah, ada dapur yg bisa digunakan untuk memasak. Kolam dan kamar bersih, rapih. Satu hari mengunap rasanya kurang puas, pengen nambah hari tapi udah terlanjur pesan di horel lain untuk pindah lokasi. Thank you nayaka ubud. Rapi dan bersih. Lingkungan yang bersahabat.

Thank you Nayaka. Owner very friendly. Cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Lokasi strategis gak jauh dari pusat kota. Dan yg paling penting harganya sangat terjangkau. Nanti kalo liburan definetly bakal balik lagi kesini. Such an amazing experience. Ada smart tv juga. ranjang empuk enak. Bantal gak pelit. Amenities lengkap. Sabun shampoo. Good job Nayaka.

Thank you, we had such an amazing stay in nayaka hotel. Affordable price. Suitable for family vacation. Very greenery. Clean room. Kids were so happy playing at the pool. Very helpful if we need help. Its a very good location. Not to far from the city so it will save your time to go everywhere. Saran : kamar bau lembab tapi sdh disediakan pengharum. Sebelum tamu datang mgkn bisa dinyalakan dulu pengharumnya. Dan air bisa dibenerin karena keluarnya kadang kecil. But overal kita happy. Thank you Nayaka

Keluarga kami liburan ke Ubud 2 kali dalam setahun, dan sayangnya beberapa penginapan langganan kami sedang full. Lalu kami coba pesan Nayaka living 3 kamar untuk 2 malam. 1 Villa dan 2 deluxe karena hanya itu yang tersisa. Namun seumur2 ke Ubud, baru kali ini kami mengalami penginapan yang sikapnya tidak menyenangkan. Awalnya, sesampainya disana kami kaget karena kolam renangnya hijau sampai dasarnya tidak kelihatan. Keruh sekali. Lalu ada renovasi di depan kamar yang deluxe sehingga ada lubang besar untuk swimming pool yang belum selesai. Tentu saja kami komplain, kenapa tidak dikasih tahu bahwa kolam sedang tidak bisa dipakai, padahal saya sudah telepon 2x sebelum saya booking lewat tiket.com, dan tidak diberitahu apapun. Hanya bilang di telepon bahwa mereka sedang sibuk upacara. Jadi tidak bisa bantu booking. Seorang Ibu2 di Villa juga menjawab bahwa mereka sedang sibuk karena sedang upacara sehingga lalai tidak membersihkan dan mengobati kolamnya. Lalu bilang bahwa besok kolamnya pasti akan bersih dan jernih lagi, sudah pasti. Lalu sore itu tukang kolam datang dan tanya apa boleh mengobati kolamnya. Ibu saya tanya, ya silahkan, tapi apa besok bisa bersih? Tukang kolam bilang, oh mungkin bisa tapi masih banyak obat karena ini sudah lama tidak diobati, kemarin tidak boleh diobati (entah oleh siapa?). Ibu saya bilang, ya jadi besok saya nggak bisa berenang juga dong? Kenapa nggak dari kemarin? Lalu katanya ada upacara, sehingga hotel sangat sibuk. Besoknya ya tentu kolamnya masih hijau, dan saya dengan tenang bertanya, apakah bisa mengajukan refund. Staf hotel yang muda cukup helpful dengan bilang akan bantu tanyakan. Namun entah siapa ibu2 yg agak senior di penginapan dengan ketus mengatakan "wah tidak bisa ketentuannya tidak bisa refund, Nanti juga bening, ya tunggu saja! Sudah tidak bisa lagi. Kemarin sibuk sekali, gak sempat lah itu". Dan sebagainya. Sayang sekali, pool yang paling jadi daya tarik malah tidak terpakai. Padahal kakau ke Ubud ya paling jalan2 santai di kota dan santai di kolam. Ya sudah kami checkout dan meninggalkan 1 malam di 3 kamar yang tidak terpakai. Satu hal besar yang membuat kami sangat kesal dan kecewa adalah, dari pihak hotel awalnya tidak mengucapkan sedikitpun kata maaf. Hanya mengatakan, ah itu besok akan bening kok. Ah itu kekurangannya tidak major, itu bagian dari fasilitas jadi tidak bisa ada refund. Tidak ada solusi yang ditawarkan lho. Entah menawarkan ganti hari, atau discount untuk penginapan selanjutnya, atau sesimple kata 'mohon maaf ya, kondisinya sedang tidak ideal'. Malah terus membela diri, dan maksa bilang bentar lagi jernih kok, ya gak Setelah saya katakan, apakah tidak ada setidaknya kata maaf tidak menginformasikan, atau maaf kolamnya sedang kurang dirawat, baru salah satu mengatakan maaf dan mengatakan ya kami bisa apa??. Oiya, kamar mandi adik saya juga baunya sangat pesing. Untuk ulat sesekali muncul namun wajar karena lingkungannya memang sangat alami. Selain dari itu kamar cukup terawat, bersih. Selama ini kami ke Ubud, coba aneka penginapan sampai yang ke pelosok, nemu kasus tiba-tiba listrik harus mati semalaman, air toilet rusak, pemandangan ganti yg tiba2 sawahnya hilang karena jadi parkiran, tidak pernah saya sampai komplain apalagi bikin review. Baru saya tanya, kenapa kok listrik mati, kenapa kok pemandangannya sekarang jadi parkiran, pasti pihak hotel langsung bilang maaf berkali-kali dan berusaha sekali membuat tamu nyaman. Menjaga sekali tamunya. Dan saya tidak pernah komplain apalagi tulis review jelek. Baru kali ini saya tulis review sepanjang ini, lebih karena attitude dari pihak hotel yang tidak menyenangkan. Semoga kedepannya lebih profesional lagi dalam mengelola hotel dan fasilitas, juga pelayanan dengan tamu. Karena Ubud yang saya kenal adalah suasana santai dan tenang, dan orang-orang lokal dengan skill hospitality yang sangat tinggi.
