Spacious room, large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The private swimming pool is the best part of this villa. A big thank you to all the staff who are very friendly and most importantly available at all times.

Sangat mengecewakan. Saya menginap di Private Pool Villa dengan ekspektasi tinggi karena sudah membayar dengan harga yang tidak murah. Namun, fasilitas dasar seperti aliran air di kamar mandi justru bermasalah. Air hampir tidak mengalir sama sekali, dan ini sangat mengganggu kenyamanan. Lebih mengejutkan lagi, pihak manajemen sama sekali tidak mengantisipasi hal ini. Saya harus melapor dulu baru airnya “dibuka” oleh mereka. Tidak ada inisiatif dari awal untuk memastikan semuanya berjalan baik sebelum tamu check-in. Dengan biaya yang saya keluarkan, saya jelas mengharapkan pelayanan yang profesional dan fasilitas yang layak. Masalah air adalah hal mendasar, bukan hal kecil. Ini mencerminkan kurangnya kesiapan dan perhatian manajemen terhadap kenyamanan tamu. Sangat disayangkan.
