Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to anyone. In our bungalow, we had a wonderful time, it was really contemporary, and beautifully decorated, and it was very clean. The breakfast that was provided was also excellent. Because we had to purchase bottle water in Indonesia, a drinking water machine is located at the front desk, which was incredibly useful and saved us a ton of money and plastic. Even though the bikes aren't the best, there is also an option to rent them, which is very useful. Excellent info about the island and activities was provided in the bungalow. The staff was both pleasant and helpful. The pool and aesthetics are also spectacular! The only drawbacks included the sluggish wifi, the noisy streets surrounding the area, and the sofa bed, which one of us had to sleep on because it could be three people.

I just got back from a six-night vacation in one of the bungalows. The moment we walked through the gate of the property, we were treated like royalty. From the time we walked in, it was pure relaxation. The owner and his wife were very kind and welcomed us well. The staff was great, nothing was too much difficulty for them, and they really helped us make our stay memorable. I cannot speak highly enough of it. We are already planning another trip next year.

Kala deserves a very high ranking. We had an amazing vacation and couldn't have wished for better service from the manager, who was so accommodating and friendly and gave us the impression that we didn't need to worry about anything while we were there, which made it even more wonderful! The breakfast was excellent, and it was the first thing we looked forward to when we woke up in the morning. The setting was lovely, and the accommodations were spotless. The location was ideal--it was particularly close to the central hub and beaches, but not quite close that you could hear the music from the pubs. We appreciate your hospitality and look forward to our next visit!.

Overall, my experience of staying here was wonderful, as were the managers and employees. Unquestionably, the breakfast was wonderful. Refillable water was provided in the reception area, and I liked the concept to recycle the hotel's plastics. I heartily endorse this place!

I strongly recommend this to everyone. My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and really liked the place! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bungalow is comfortable and clean. Loved the little touches, like welcoming drinks and recommendations of restaurants and bars. Good location, nice pool and delicious free breakfast
