Well managed property with beautiful rooms. Very well trained stuff. We had to leave earlier due an unseen even and they refunded us which was really appreciated. 5 start service. Other hotels we stay in Bali did not have as well trained 5 start personal.

This is the first accommodation we chose to create lasting memories for our honeymoon journey. The service and room view are incredibly soothing and beautiful. Private swimming pool, spacious room, bathtub. Breakfast in the morning is also unique and memorable.

After more than 30 years of running a company that provides fivestar tourism services globally, i can confidently say that the experience at sanna ubudapramana was truly exceptional. The private pool, the roomy accommodations, and outdoor lounge area are all topnotch, as is the fantastic restaurant and main pool. The staff is all incredibly attentive and friendly, and i wish i could recall their names. The duty manager, oki, and wara and jaka at reception were always eager to please with a big smile. I find it difficult to unwind, but this stay changed that, and i had a fantastic immersive stay in the stunning jungle. Thank you.

Vi var rigtig glade for vores opholdt. Alt spillede. Super service og spa faciliteter. Vi havde en gæst på besøg en dag og der var de også meget velkommen. Maden og drikke var også virkelig godt. Alt i alt super godt opholde. Eneste bemærkning er, at der var en smule fugtigt på værelset da vi kom pga. regnen.

Sanna Ubud adalah hotel yang sangat bagus! Saya hanya bisa merekomendasikannya kepada siapa pun yang menyukai alam dan kemewahan. Staf selalu ramah dan membantu. Fasilitasnya luar biasa dan sangat indah. Sarapannya enak dan makanan di restorannya juga sangat enak. Spa ini terletak di hutan yang menakjubkan. Sedikit lebih keras di malam hari karena binatang (katak dll), tetapi Anda terbiasa dan itu bagian dari itu jika Anda memilih hotel alam. Anda dapat dengan cepat mencapai pusat Ubud dengan layanan antar-jemput yang beroperasi beberapa kali sehari. Saya memesan tur melalui hotel dan mendapatkan pengemudi terbaik bernama "Edy". Dia berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan sangat baik dan akan memberikan apa yang Anda inginkan dan selalu memiliki rekomendasi yang bagus. Saya pasti akan kembali.

What an amazing experience. More stars are awarded to this hotel than application allows. The setting, views, cuisine, service, and atmosphere are all simply amazing. Everything is in perfect condition because the hotel is brand new. You are surrounded by silence and jungle, yet its close to ubud, and the hotel will take you there and pick you up. Strongly advised.
