We arrived during the evening when the water palace was past opening hours. We walked through the garden and pools which are beautiful even at night. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was smooth and easy. There are only 5 rooms so the private pool is never crowded. You can swim at night if the weather is good. The staff service both the hotel guests and the restaurant. They always greet you with a smile and the service is always excellent. We stayed 4 nights and have almost every meal in the restaurant. We have tried the Western and the local menu which are both very good. I find the price is very reasonable as well. It's an unforgettable and unique experience to have breakfast or dinner here when the water palace is closed. You feel like a royalty to enjoy the meal and have the whole palace to yourself. The room feels like a small cottage with an open-air bathroom. The staff kept our room clean and tidy several times a day or whenever we left the room. There is no TV in the room but Wifi works great. It's a bit dark to read in the room and I wish they can install more lights to make it brighter. The hotel provides many tour and excursion options or you can just walk around the rice fields near the hotel. We visited Pura Lempuyang and Ujung Palace with a guide. But it's also ok to just hire a driver. Overall, we love staying here and even love eating at the restaurant more. I highly recommend this hidden gem when visiting East Bali.

Tempat yang sangat bagus dengan pemandangan yang indah dan tentunya pelayanan yang ramah serta kualitas makanan dan minuman yang sangat enak. Disini kita dapat melihat arsitektur bangunan yang sangat baik dan kolam renang air murni dari pegunungan menambah usp dari tempat ini.

Tempat yang bagus untuk beristirahat dan berfoto. Pemandangan bagus, kamar luas, fasilitas seperti hotel bintang Hanya saluran bak mandi tidak lancar, wastafelnya kurang. Saya sudah memberitahu staf tetapi tidak diperbaiki. Renang bisa menyegarkan diri ke Tirta Ayu, sebelumnya saya belum pernah ke Tirta Gangga walaupun saya tinggal di Bali. Udara sejuk di malam hari, tetapi agak panas di siang hari. Tidak ada papan petunjuk di pintu masuk menuju lobi hotel, jika datang di malam harinya agak bingung karena suasana sekitar gelap.

Tempatnya berada di dalam Objek Wisata Tirta Gangga yang terletak di samping. Restoran ini menyajikan menu khas Bali dan Barat. Lokasinya agak tinggi jadi bisa melihat pemandangan tirta gangga dari atas. Suasananya sejuk dan damai.

Hotel Tirta Ayu mungkin pilihan yang tepat untuk menjauh dari hiruk pikuk kota. Sekularisme dan sebagainya. Kami di jamu seperti raja. Kamarnya nyaman, kamar mandinya bagus, kolam renang pribadinya juga memberikan suasana yang menenangkan hati. Staf semua ramah dan sangat ramah. Mereka tahu cara memperlakukan tamu dengan baik. Kolam Tirta Gangga dimana airnya sangat dingin menjadi daya tarik. Karena ketika kita masuk ke kolam, sensasi nyaman dan tenang akan kita dapatkan. Makanannya juga sangat enak.

This is a unique place - right inside the water palace - but it is in need of some improvements. Our room (pool villa) smelled a little moldy and things seemed a bit dated. We paid extra for the "free breakfast" option but had a very aggressive server at the restaurant insist that we had to pay. This dispute was eventually settled by management but it was a strange experience and quite uncomfortable. I do not think i would return or suggest this place to friends and family but if you really want the experience of staying inside the water palace a single night should suffice. The restaurant is good and the water palace really is beautiful as is the rest of Eastern Bali.
