clothes hooks&Working Space.
3. Second Bed Room : 1 bedroom fit 2 people with 1 queen size bed (160x200), clothes
& tools storage and Lounge Chairs.

CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK-OUT?
We always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival/departure times. Usually that only happens a day or two before. But we'll note your request & always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out.

IS THE VILLA ACTUALLY LIKE IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES?
Yes! Many of our guests say it's better than the pictures, & have written so in their reviews. We're sure you won't be disappointed. It's a beautiful and relaxing space, stylishly decorated & well equipped with everything you could need.

Absolutely.We've many guests who are families with children & they love the Tropical Engagement Space at courtyard.

CAN YOU OFFER BREAKFAST?
We used to provide breakfast, but stopped because of lack of demand - Batu today a gourmet culineray & most guests want to try the abundance of great cafes & restaurants locally.If you want to eat at home but don't want to cook yourself, ‘GO-JEK/GO Food & GRAB Food' is a great apps which gets food delivered to the villa door from hundreds of restaurants locally. You can used GPS Villa "Tropical Batu Villa" for daily needs.

The Tropical Rules:
Tropical is located in a Privat Residential Area. Please be respectful to your neighbors. Check in 2:30/3:00 PM/Check Out 12:00 PM (Noon).
The number of guests staying in the property isn't to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment. There're strictly no parties,no drugs,no loud unruly behaviour or the likes tolerated in this villa.
