Villa Vedas - CHSE Certified (temporarily closed)

Villa Vedas won the best villa in the Yak Awards Winner 2014, is set on 3,500 square metres of freehold land located at Pangkung Tibah village, which is 1 kilometre north of the world famous Tanah Lot temple, and features 45 metres of absolute beach frontage and private beach access. The villa itself represents approximately 1,800 square metres of construction, and is a modern architecturally designed home that is unique and unequalled, with many interesting design features, most of which have been meticulously fabricated on site.

The villa is designed to feature a 22 metres span without any supporting columns in order to provide an unobstructed view right through the property and out to sea. The property features a large living area, dining areas, a bar, a media or snooker room, and two bedrooms downstairs, and three bedrooms upstairs. The living area can be opened to benefit from the regular breeze off the ocean, or alternatively enclosed and air conditioned by deploying the Häfele glass sliding wall system, and turning on the Daikin VRV central air conditioning system.

The villa is a spectacular venue for retreats, company offsite meetings, and other events. This beachfront property with unrestricted beach access offers total privacy and sweeping panoramic views in all directions. 

Designed specially for weddings and events, Villa Vedas can seat up to 300 guests–450 guests standing–throughout its extensive gardens and on the stretch of grass on the beach in front of the villa. We offer use of our 93 sqm acrylic stage or Rp 25,000,000 to guests who use outside catering, but we reduce the cost to just Rp 5,000,000 (USD 350) to guests who use Bali Saffron Catering (our preferred caterer). The pool stage is in 1x1 meter sections that can be configured in any way you wish.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we have adapted our procedures to follow WHO guidelines and global best practices: 

Cleanliness at the villa
- Deep cleaning and sanitizing of villa prior to guest check in
- To further ensure your safety in line with international cleanliness standards, prior to check in we will professionally disinfect hard surface areas with a spray gun to ensure all areas are duly covered. A non-toxic, medical grade spray so you can be assured of a safe and clean stay.
- Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. 

Safety & social distancing
Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Face masks provided upon check in.
- Staff will wear masks, regularly wash their hands and undergo daily temperature checks. Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask, face shield and gloves.
- Daily temperature checking of staff and guests upon check in
- Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital

CHSE Certification
- CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety & Environment) certification has been granted to the vast majority of The Luxe Nomad exclusively managed villas in Bali.
- This certification is a government approved layer of safety to boost confidence among domestic and international tourists in regard to safety and health protocol.

- Special One Night Wedding Offer
Villa Vedas offers a discount of IDR 10,000,000 for a one night stay wedding that is adjacent to an existing booking, and not on a Friday or Saturday night.
We offer an IDR 15,000,000 discount for a one night stay wedding that is on a single “stranded” night between two bookings.

- Security Deposit
For the convenience of our guests, we prefer just to hold a passport until the guest folio is settled at checkout, against which we can advance substantial credit without having to take a security deposit.
However, if guests prefer not to offer up their passport as security, we require a security deposit of IDR 10,000,000 (or equivalent in other currencies), which must be topped up with additional IDR 10,000,000 deposits as soon as the guest folio exceeds the security deposit.

The security deposit is refundable on check out if paid in cash on arrival, or within 3-5 days of check out if paid by bank transfer.

Cash is preferred as it can be returned during check out, which avoids an unnecessary administrative burden for both parties.

Kindly note that any damage caused to the villa will be borne fully by the guest and / or the EO on a joint and several basis, and that liability for any damage caused is not limited to the amount of the damage deposit. It is in the interests of everyone that no damage be caused to the villa.

Curfew
- No curfew applies if you buy out the adjacent Bali Beach Glamping as accommodation for your guests, otherwise a midnight curfew applies.
