I dont like to go and trash places in my reviews, so i will leave this as a note to the owner whom ive met. Water needs to work constantly. The owner promptly fixed our water while it was gone, fixing it again, and fixing that. We rented four cabins, two of which were great, both were home to many small creatures. They had spay on hand once more and was promptly taken care of. So, water and bugs were an issue, as were the bugs, of course, but the flies, omg the fly. But no one can criticize the insects because they are all of kintamani. Since it cools down enough that it makes me cold at night, there is no air conditioning, even though the beds are comfortable.

I had a wonderful time staying at this cozy location, which is close to the lake. I enjoyed escorting jeeps to sunrise point. The host was caring and friendly, making for an overall fantastic experience.
