This agriturismo is one kilometre from San Gimignano and a fairly easy walk into town. The only downside is that the road can be busy, so you have to keep your head up and your phone light on at night. Apart from that, it is a fantastic location if you don't have a rental car. Our group stayed in one of the apartments, which worked out well for us. It was clean and located right by the pool and adjacent terrace, where we enjoyed wine purchased right on the property. We walked to the nearby sister property where the winery was located and enjoyed a wonderful wine tour and tasting! Our guide, fabritizo, was extremely informative. Our tastings were quite large, and the accompanying platter of food was very filling. On our last night at palmetto, we all participated in a fun cooking class with chef carolina. The resulting supper was very filling, with homemade pizza one per person! homemade linguine and tiramisu. We should have done this earlier during our stay because we could have eaten the leftovers over a few days! Great location to experience the Tuscan countryside!.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of San Gimignano and Volterra, and it looks beautiful. It has a beautiful pool and beautiful gardens full of flowers. It also has a stunning view. Also there is a restaurant with regional specialties.

This property is lovely, set in the heart of the countryside. It is a converted farm building with a large swimming pool. The restaurant is the most amazing part. About 500 meters down the road, it serves great meals and excellent value for money breakfasts. The walk there was a real treat, down a tree lined road on the crest of a ridge.

This is an excellent starting point for exploring Sienna, Piss, and the China Valley. Six kilometers outside of Pomarance is this agriturismo. We stayed here for three weeks. The apartment was great and fresh bed linen was provided every week. The pool was fantastic and we used the tennis court and barbecue several times.
