We hade a wonderful visit and was very well treated! my wife hade her birthday and after a long day walking we hade a bottle of rose waiting for us at the room, so nice. They also fixed the airport transfer wich worked super and was at uber price level. Placed in a good neighborhood very near the vatican but not touristy. Would definitely stay her again

The place is clean and well maintained, in addition to its quiet neighborhood. The owner of the house was really nice and helpful. In terms of convenience, it’s truly a big plus to visit Vatican and its wonderful museum.

Nice stay close to the Vatican City. Room on the small side, but comfortable with good amenities. There is no on-site parking, even though it said it was available, so we had to find a garage several blocks away and pay 40 euros per day, so be ready for that. Locks are a little tricky as you have keys for a front gate, door to the hotel, and another key to your room. Front desk is staffed minimal hours. But overall proximity to historic sites made it a good choice.

We were treated like royalty and enjoyed the modern facilities. Lorenzo & Federica (?sp) were so kind and helpful to us and accommodating to setting up taxi rides, advice about anything and directions to very nice restaurants, terraces and gelato!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this small but charming hotel. The location is perfect, right next to Vatican City, making it an ideal base for exploring Rome. The room was comfortable, and we felt very much at home. A special thanks to the hotel staff, especially Lorenza, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made all the difference! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It is a lovely little place. We stayed there for 4 days in March and we loved it. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood but very convenient and easy to get everywhere. Walking to St. Peter’s Square takes 15 minutes or so, Castel Sant’Angelo is 15 minutes in another direction (by the way it is definitely worth visiting). There is a subway station 5 minutes away and the ride to the City Center is like 10 minutes or so. The room is not large but it’s very comfortable and clean. We slept very well because the beds were comfortable and the place is very quiet. You get a breakfast every morning (croissant or sandwich), there’s a fridge with free fruit, water and fruit juice that they replenish daily. There is a Nespresso coffee maker in the room and you get 4 pods every day. You can’t smoke in your room, there is a covered terrace for that. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and attentive and they spoke English very well. Overall, we were very happy with the place and couldn’t find any shortcomings. We definitely recommend!

Amazing stay. It was the most convenient location you could imagine. Everyday our room was cleaned, there was a restocked refrigerator and for breakfast there are always fresh croissants. If you are going to be out in the morning before 8am just let them know that you won't be there to get the croissants so they don't order them. I really enjoyed our room. They also provided a bed for our toddler. Easy to get to. Take the bus from the airport then an taxi (free now) from the train station. After that the train is but a short walk away. Everyone there making your stay the best were the friendliest people you will ever meet.

This was a super place to stay . Quiet, beautiful , very clean, modern with character …. They made sure I was comfortable and their car service from the airport to the hotel ( 60 euros which is not bad at all ) was a real help to get there . I will stay there again, beautiful and safe area close to everything’s .

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lorenza and her crew are so friendly and they were so helpful and welcoming! The building is very close to every sightseeing, nearest is the Vatican City. Daily fresh towels and clean bedroom, minibar always full with drinks and fresh food. In the morning you get a croissant and there is a nespresso machine in the room. The host Lorenza is very helpful and answers all your questions! We really recommend this place! 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay at Charming Roma. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Good place to stay as walking distance for sight seeing. The property was nice and clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished.

Chic small clean comfortable modern guest house with 6 rooms and small terrace where you could have the continental breakfast provided in your rooms with mini bar having fresh fruit, yoghurts, orange juices, water alongside tea and coffee and fresh croissant of your choice . Close to ottaviano metro / Vatican area and nice trattorias nearby . Don’t expect a hotel but great value and friendly English speaking hostess- not always on site but uses WhatsApp to communicate when needed/ reply to questions /advise codes to get in. Happy to organise taxi pick ups to /from airport if required.
