Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is at Residence Aviotel, loc. La Pila, 57034 Campo nell'Elba (LI), 2 km from the apartments. A surcharge of EUR 25 per hour applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 25 per person per set. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of EUR 35 per stay. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 7 per day when used.
